Good for sleep
Great product for helping with sleep. I sleep so much better taking magnesium and also have less cramps in my legs.

These Magnesium 400mg High Strength, are a daily go-to for our family, they really work well. I used to have painful cramps, which almost disappeared after taking these Magnesium tablets, I hardly ever have painful cramps in my legs now.

Sleep aid
I know when I've forgotten to take these.. I don't sleep as well. My husband & I have been taking these for years, initially to help with aching muscles but found that they help with sleep also.

The best at the best price
I take these every night religiously to assist my brain and muscles to relax to sleep. As a person with chronic insomnia, I have spend so much money in an attempt to relax. These are my number one go to. High strength in comparison to others and the price is economical.

Magnesium 400mg
I have used this product for several years. I do a lot of recreational walking and regularly get tight calf muscles. Taking a Healtheries Magnesium 400mg Tablet each evening is the only way I can get a good night's sleep.

I'm always in search of good quality supplements as I have Muscular Dystrophy I need to have good support This product is high quality, I sleep better and muscles feel relaxed when taking , I notice if I don't take.
