Countdown Chips Salt & Vinegar
Countdown salt & vinegar stacked chips are a convenient and deliciously tangy snack!
Often times a house brand product is inferior to other brands, but honestly these are pretty good and more affordable than their competitors. Ultimately acetic acid is acetic acid, but they did have a decent (maybe slightly weaker) vinegary taste. Weaker means you can eat more before your tongue starts to get tingly and you lose your taste, so if you're like me and irresponsibly eat a whole tin in one sitting - you'll be left suffering less.
These are a reasonable / okay-ish replacement for Pringles. The crunch is good, the size of the chip is good but the flavour just doesn't quite compare to the "OG" Pringles. Countdown chips are better value for money as they are cheaper & the tube is bigger (160g v 134g), so would be great if buying for a bigger group of people. I would purchase again but feel the flavour needs improvement.

Nice flavor but texture a bit off
Does have the Salt and Vinegar flavor to a tee but the texture is very crumbly and rougher than others. Alright for a quick snack. Do love how the tube is wider for hand size
I was a bit sceptical as I’m a huge Pringles fan ! But these had the right amount of zing, perfect crunch, and actually a bit bigger.
Not only did they taste great, when served with the “real thing” people preferred these!
100% would recommend and def buy again
These chips were okay but I wouldn't be buying them again. They taste very similar to Pringles, so if they are cheaper they would be a great substitute. An easy snack to grab and they won't be crushed in the tube - which is also bigger than the Pringles tube.
If you're looking for a bland taste, not too salty and affordable this is perfect for you. You only needed some cream cheese or any dip of your taste in order to elevate the taste turning it to be a yummy snacks or appetizers along with your glass of wine or mug of beer.

Salt & Vinegar chips
To be honest this was not a winner in my home. I purchased these as a 'more affordable' option to Pringles however the taste was not great. The kids are them, but I probably would not buy them again. The actual chip recipe needs something changed and the flavor needs some work.
Quite a lot cheaper than Pringles and just as nice, I don't think their far off the texture and a nice taste, still got the 'once you pop you can't stop ' addictive taste. Highlighly recommended
I quite like it because it's affordable and a nice off brand. Pringles is expensive so to have this is convenient. I will say sometimes the coating can be overdone but I would still recommend this off brand. Salt and vinegar flavour is not for everybody but for those that enjoy it, go for gold!
These are a pretty tasty chip. The vinegar can get a bit overwhelming and start to burn your mouth. The size of the chip and tube is good. The texture is very different to Pringle’s as these have a bubbly/rough texture. Price wise they are very good.
