A very good quality Brie. Creamy and has more flavour than cheaper Brie’s. It has a nice softness so is more like a European style Brie. It’s definitely going to boost a platter and a nice indulgent treat for guest. Easy to spread. Of course this all comes with a higher price tag so I only buy as a treat when they’re reduced.
Delicate flavours that ooze out of the rind, perfect pairing with crackers and quince paste.
The softness and texture is creamy velvet.
I find the rind a bit hard to chew sometimes, thick maybe?
Definitely best left to warm before eating
This is a delicious creamy cheese that is always great and it's popular with everyone. I highly recommend leaving it out of the fridge for a day (or at least several hours) to appreciate its full flavour and creaminess, otherwise it can be too firm and lacking in taste.
Cheese and wine, what more can I say this is the best creamy cheese to add to the platter. All my friends compliment and ask to see the packaging. It also easy to sit and eat on a lazy Saturday.

Delicious
Lovely, super creamy cheese. Perfect for a platter or on crackers
I am an over indulger with cheese so tend to try most brands. The Castelli double was very good value for money and the double cream made it taste delicious bbut also seemed to spread and go further. Highly recommend to all
