Wonderful and easy to use.
Great for beginners or anyone with experience. It’s so easy to use and works great. I love how it is so easy to clean. Would love to see a better drawer option for the filters. Definitely would recommend!

Best coffee
Hi, i am professional barista. I have used many coffee machines in my life. Breville is my top favourite brand. This particular brand of coffee machine is so easy to use and clean. Perfect golden crema and lovely finishing of the coffees. Loved it.

Awesome experience
Awesome experience using this machine. It's easy to use and provides a Cafe experience at the comfort of your home or office. I love the built in coffee grinder and feel this is the best coffee machine on the market for its size on comparison to large Cafe machines.

A real lemon - don't buy one!
Over the past 12 years we have owned 4 Breville espresso machines, so when we needed a new one we purchased this upgraded model. From day one it has been a disaster, with the (long black) coffee having a foamy top instead of a rich crema. We have called Breville customer service multiple times and all they do is get us to adjust the settings but the result is still the same. The machine hisses when you make a coffee and a weak foamy top ensues. We have spoken to Harvey Norman, from whom we purchased the machine but they have been no help. I really think we got a lemon but no one will make the call to replace it for us. Also when you grind the beans there is always some left in the tube which subsequently fall out and make a mess and they are tamped so tightly that getting the used grinds out of the doser make a mess as well All very frustrating - I wouldn't recommend this machine to anyone.

What a great compact all in one coffee machine.We love that it is all in one no separate little coffee grinders or steamers.Makes great coffees and espressos.

Game changer
can't remember the last time i went to work without a coffee. This bad boy gets me right before a hard days on the tools. Easy to use, easy to clean and sadly very easy to get addicted too. The double shot option is a game changer i didn't know i needed. Got me fizzing all day

Honestly so good

Great at-home machine
This is the best at-home coffee machine on the market. It’s super easy to use, easy to clean, stylish, and doesn’t take up too much counter space. I recommend splashing out for the breville milk frother jug with the temperature gauge on it - for the perfect 65° latte

almost perfect
it is a great product. perfect for home baristas and working on your latte art. however, i do have an issue in regards to how much coffee is dispensed and the texture of the grind, and, therefore, the pressure of making the coffee itself is a bit tedious as it doesn’t stay consistent. looking past that however, it is a great product

Perfect coffee at home every day
I use this machine several times a day for myself and my family. I can make fluffies for my kids, black coffee for me and cappuccino for my husband. Makes me happy daily! I would say this is a must-have for any coffee lover

Pretty good
As a professional barista I would recommend this machine for anyone learning to make coffee for home. The steam wand is nice enough to produce good quality steamed milk if you know how to use it. (lots of videos online)

Fantastic machine
Super easy to use, and it makes an excellent coffee. The coffee is always perfect time after time, I don’t feel like I need to go out and buy coffee from a cafe any more. We do find that it can be a bit messy after we dose the grinds but it nothing major. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.
