I feel sometimes it doesn't work, sometimes I sleep well. Not sure if it's me overthinking. It's easy to swallow. Effectiveness varies. It works for my partner but on me, it's 50/50

Slept well all night
I never thought Vitamode Sleep Eazy would work for me, it was made with natural herbs ingredients. I have hard time falling asleep and will wake up several times a night, been trying few sleep supplement but none of them were working for my condition. Since received Vitamode Sleep Eazy and been trying it for a week, I could sleep through the night and I woke up this morning alert, not foggy.
