It should effective for other but not me
CoQ10 is believed to improve energy and keep us active throughout a day. Many have been benefited from it. Unfortunately I found out that I am not suitable to consume it. I suffered slightly diarrhea after consume it for a few days. Because of this condition, I did not feel energized, but lack of motivation due to uncomfortable.

im a daily workout person, it obviously can felt the body energetic level maintaining after push and flex during this trial period, and my advice is consume more plain water after taking CoQ10 Ubiquinol.
