Anchor cream cheese surprise me with the thick creamy smooth taste in basque burnt cheesecake, the cream cheese profile is strong enough to give flavour on it own but still able to compliment the added Matcha flavour. Whipping cream itself holds the shape, have a good mouthfeel, and linger of milky creaminess after each bite. The stability of the cream is there but can be better. The cheese slices in short is a good American cheese, melts amazing, slight pull, taste great.

Received 3 items for testing via Home Tester Club - Anchor's Whipping Cream, Cream Cheese and Cheddar Cheese Slices. I used the whipping cream and cream cheese to bake cheese cakes and they turned out wonderfully! The whipping cream and cream cheese both had mild, creamy flavour and were very easy to work with. For the cheese slices, I used them on toast and also ate with crackers - really yum as the taste is just perfectly balanced, not too strongly flavoured with a nice smooth texture. Anchor brand is a trustworthy brand which is readily available on Malaysian shelves, and reasonably priced.

1. Anchor Whipping Cream- definitely is baker’s best friend. It serves the best texture of the cream cake, you won’t feel muak if consume more cream. 2. Anchor Cheddar Cheese Slice- kids all time favourite! It’s super easy peasy, just add a slide on top of your burger patty then is done! 3. Anchor Cream Cheese- baked two Burnt Cheese Cake. Premium dairy milk products
Cheese slice melts perfectly on the burger patty. It is slightly gooey once melted. The flavour profile is mild and not too strong like a real cheddar cheese. The flavour can be improved by enhancing the taste. Cream cheese is perfect for baking cheesecake. The flavour is mild and complement the other ingredients well. It is not too tangy and creamy.
