Have bought it. Personally didn't feel the sensation of 'cooling'. It is just like any normal pantyliner.

So refreshing and thin.

One of the best menstrual pads I've personally tried. It's thin and has a minty sensation to it. Has a light minty scent too. Something that I will repurchase in the future when I run out of it.
