Best cooking oil
I have tried quite a number of brands from expensive to cheap but I still think Knife is the best. It is a blend of sesame etc oils, making it perfectly aromatic and suitable for cooking and frying. Not suitable for salad or for consumed raw though. The omega 6 is not very bad type like soy oil. Overall highly satisfied and will always repurchase.
