cooling and convenient.
although it is the first time i apply it and it is very soothing, my muscle pain get immediately relief after i apply and only small amount of balm is require. But personally, i do not like the greasy or oily stuff to be apply to my skin when i go to bed, even though it can be wash but if i would prefer, i would have it as roll on product.

Overall opinion - really good. I like the smell. And it applies well. Except that the balm can get under your fingernails. Improvement - I would suggest a squeezy tube instead?
