Good make up remover
Got my hand on Cell Fusion  C Low  pharrier Cleansing water and guinea pig my skin. True enough The cleansing water is gentle on the skin esp with the eye area where the skin is sensitive. It doesnt sting the eyes. Good point! Tested it when i put on water proof mascara and eyeliner, it does it work by removing them but you need leave it for a while before you can gently wipe it out. Overall the cleansing water does it job well removing the make up without stressing or irritating skin.
