Best in high and low temperatures
I’ve tried Anchor Alternative Cream in my mac and cheese. It turns out very delicious and creamy. The cream doesn’t separate at high temperature. I also tried the cream in my tiramisu cake. Very velvety, airy and smooth. My family and I love it so much.

Anchor Cream Alternative (ACA) tidak mengecewakan! Saya mencubanya untuk membuat sos pasta carbonara, dan hasilnya sangat memuaskan. Teksturnya licin dan berkrim, menjadikan sos melekat sempurna pada pasta. Rasa tidak terlalu berat, cukup seimbang untuk hidangan keluarga. Yang paling menarik, krim ini mudah digabungkan dengan bahan lain seperti keju, bawang putih, dan lada hitam. Selain itu, ia tahan lama, saya tinggalkan sos semalaman, dan keesokan harinya ia masih elok untuk anak-anak makan dari pagi hingga tengah hari.
