我在一開始拿到 Vitamode® CoQ10 Ubiquinol 的時候，並沒有馬上服用， 因為對於膠囊狀的產品會比較介意， 在幾天後我才開始正式試用。在我食用的第二天，早上起床我發現我的右肩很痠痛，前一晚我並沒有做什麼和平常不一樣的事情，所以在第二天我停止使用 CoQ10，直到第五天後我才繼續使用，不過之後的試用都沒再出現任何身體上的痠痛或不適了。效果方面，由於我習慣熬夜，所以我可以很強烈的感覺到不一樣，在第四／五次的試用後，我覺得我在工作完畢和回到家繼續我的嗜好活動的時候，我的身體不像平時那麼累，坐在沙發上我還可以繼續和小朋友玩耍，而不是像平常大概幾分鐘後就打瞌睡了。在作工的時候，我的專注力可以持續很長時間，不容易產生疲憊感。我的確感覺到有不一樣，是好的方面的強化。
