Tasty, convenient, easy
I first tried it in the middle of exercise week when my body has been aching all over so drinking it did not have any effect to the pain. So i had to stop exercise for a while to make the pain go away. I tried it again after my muscles were not sore anymore. I still have muscle pain after exercise but bearable. I can resume my work normally the next day.
