I would highly recommend using Aashirvaad Sugar control aata. There is no compromise in the taste of the product and it tastes like a normal roti. The texture is smooth and the rotis are extremely soft despite not adding oil/ghee during dough preparation. The aata is also finely grined and gives a smooth texture and soft rotis. The outcome is better if the dough is prepared and rested for around 2-3 hours. I also noticed a minor difference in the sugar levels when compared to normal aata. However, there is a mild sweetness in the taste of the roti and would reccomend the product to be improvised to remove the sweet taste.

Initially i thought like it will be usual atta but after consuming it i find the difference in the weighing scale. It really helped me to stay on my weight. My mom has diabetics , it really helped her alot as well . Over all its really good to use on our daily basis. Thanks HTC for the opportunity given for trying it once.
