ashirvad aata is very good product.accha he health ke liye. the ashiravd ata is very light and very good product.more fiber.because of that the Glycemic Index gehu ke ate me reheta he but ye ashirvad ate me ye bahot kam tha .ye sugar ke liye aur diabetic ke liye bahot accha he.all member use kar sakte he.sugar ko countrol rakhta he ye.ashirvd ata accha he but usaki roti bahot jyada tough banti he roll bhi acche se nahi hoti aur acchese mix bhi nahi hota he.but diabetic member ke liye accha he.very good for heath and diabetic person.thank you home tester clubvery nice product always recommended................... .
