Nutritious and healthy
I have been using this product for almost a year now. It has nutritional value along with the health benefit of controlled release of the sugar content. This really impacts the health in a positive way. The slow sugar release would mean that the blood sugar levels are regulated. The rotis made of this atta taste well too.
