This really works
Sometimes it depends on what I eat. I will have the worst heartburn how it works is you get some water add the tablets inside of the water I usually add two and it will just do it to work you drink it and maybe like the next 10-15 minutes I’ll feel much better . highly recommend for people with heartburn, Or upset stomach it worked for me.

Used for upset belly

WORKS WELL FOR UPSET STOMACH

My go to
On those days when I eat a lot of acidic foods, or the day after a great night out, I turn to alka seltzer. It gives almost instant relief to tummy troubles. Definitely recommend!

Works so fast!
This is the best antacid I’ve ever used. It works immediately and efficiently. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because it makes me very dehydrated for the rest of the day.
