Not worth it
The litter was dusty and stuck to my cat’s paws. I found some everywhere! Although not as bad as some very cheap brands, I think it is way too expensive for what it is.

It doesn't smell very nice. It is not as dust free as it should be.

Not dust free
On top of the fact that it was very expensive, I found it to be extremely dusty despite it being " dust free". Every time I cleaned the litter the room had a very irritating dust floating everywhere. It held odour well, my cat had no issues using it but the dust was the deciding factor for me to not purchase again.

Great Litter-Too Expensive
I used this litter with my two cats for a year. They had no trouble switching from clumping litter to Pretty litter. Unlike similar litters, the texture is very soft, and my cats liked using it. The litter managed odour, and having only to scoop out poop was a plus. The only reason I no longer use this litter is due to cost. Keeping up with two litter boxes with two cats was just out of our long-term budget. I definitely would recommend this litter if you can afford the cost. _four stars only because of the price!

Brought back to the store
My has urinary issues on a regular basis. This litter didn’t change colour and in fact my cat got a UTI while using it. No colour change even with the vets urinary test confirming infection.

Pricy and cats didn’t like
My 2 cats did not like this to the point they would not use either of the 2 boxes I had, they use there original one and j found the price high .

Nightmare company non-responsive
Purchased during a promo sale but credit card was charged FULL price for multiple boxes and was put on a subscription. Multiple emails for Canadian customer support were all ignored and UNanswered. Requests to honor sale were ignored. Request to stop subscription were ignored. Shipments kept coming for 3+ months after cancelled in writing. Hoops jumped to get this stopped, emails must contain order #'s to cancel but there is no packing slip in shipments with an order # nor in product shipped emails from company. Impossible to talk to someone on the phone. Product was just ok and colors caused unnecessary alarm and unwarranted worry. Dont believe the marketing hype. I wont support companies that get your ccard then ghost you.

Horrible
It's beyond how this is still selling. It's very expensive. Smells horrible and the whole turning color to monitor your cats health ? This is nothing but I trend . My two cats didn't like it . My one refused to use and my male used it and keep flicking it everywhere. It's hard to clean. I just don't get the hype

Best litter
Absolutely love pretty litter. My 3 indoor only kittys also love it. Low dust, easy to use, and ships right to put door. We have never had any urinary issues in our animals so the colour has never changed for us but will update if we ever see a change. Low odour. Only down side I could see if if you don’t scoop your litter daily but we have never had a problem and scoop everyday!

Silica used in this litter!
For what it is, it works well. It lasts as long as it says it does (2 months), but it is expensive to keep going with it. The downside is that it is silica gel based which I've read is dangerous for cats long-term. For a company that is committed to the health of our feline friends, you'd think they wouldn't use a product with known long-term effects.

Good, until our information was sold
We used Pretty Litter for our cat for about a year and a half, until they started overcharging us and it was impossible to get through to customer service. Therefore we cancelled our subscription. The litter itself is okay, I appreciated that it had the colour aid to monitor your pets health, but the one time the colour changed, we took our cat in immediately to the vet only for them to tell us nothing was wrong. It does last about a month, but it's light enough that it tracks throughout the house nonetheless. Hid odour pretty well.

Disappearing Litterbox
Definitely a good buy. Right from the start this litter was headed to the top of my list, it was much lighter and less messy then traditional bentonite clay litter. Plus the pH indication system notifies us if there is any changes in our kitty's health and digestion. But more then any of that I think the odor absorbing properties of the crystallized silica gel are nothing short of a miracle and practically make scooping g the litter into some kind of "disappearing litterbox" magic trick.

Amazing !!
Works so well no smell at all!! Took some time for my cats to get adjusted. And it is a little expensive. But so worth the money in a multi cat home. Would def recommend it !

Messy messy
I wasn’t happy with this product I even still have some I haven’t used. It smells weird and makes a mess of my floor yes it is neat to see the oh of my cats pee but not worth the hassle or price
