Jamieson D3 gummies
fruit taste came through after a slight rubbery taste. Mouth feel not greatest but good enough to continue use. Had a more rubbery texture than a candy gummy.

Helps with calcium absorption
I have trouble swallowing tablets, so gummies are greatly preferred at my house. I had to cut out all dairy and so also take a calcium supplement. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium better (so I've been told, but talk to your own doctor.), so this is a perfect alternative to pills in order to stay healthy.

Vitamin you need
I tried many forms of Vitamin D. Swallowing big pills are hard. Dissolving tablets taste bitter. I enjoyed the gummy version. I am feeling like a kid enjoying a gummy daily. Strongly recommended.
