works!
The chew is a bit difficult for me, but these definitely work! My boyfriend uses them on occasion and just loves them!

Sweet dreams are made of this
I found that these worked well, but I still had instances of waking up in the night and not being able to get back to sleep. I fell asleep fairly quickly and didn't wake up feeling groggy, so that was a bonus. I just wish they provided a full night's sleep on a regular basis.

Work Great
I tried this through a period of insomnia and they worked quite well. I woke up without the grogginess of other melatonin products, and was able to fall asleep within 30 minutes. They also taste great!

Ineffective
If you're having serious difficulties falling and staying asleep this will not help you. You might as well just take gravol and hope for the best. I would not recommend this at all.

ZzzQuil works wonders
I was having troubles sleeping at night , not getting enough sleep was irritable with everyone through out the day so I decided to try these and they worked wonders , im not sure long term effects because ive just recently tried them but I woke up feeling refreshed like I had a great nights sleep!

Works good
I tried this a couple times and fell asleep pretty fast and stayed asleep for the whole night but felt groggy all morning and just didn’t feel great. I’m hoping it was just an odd coincidence and will try it again.

These have a shockingly sweet taste, but really help you fall asleep quickly, stay asleep and wake up feeling refreshed! There should be an option for an extra strength one for others who may need higher dosage!
