Pleasantly surprised
To think of wearing diaper like underwear to bed, I did not! But These new U by Kotex dream wear underwear pads worked great. At the heaviest point in my period they did the trick with coverage and comfort. I highly recommend giving them a try especially for the younger crowd learning their flow.

You won't go back to regular pads!
I was completely blown away by this product, the underwear were so light, stretchy and comfortable. I have suffered from extreme endometriosis and well as very heavy periods so I have always had to use bulky pads where I would risk leaking and being uncomfortable. With these underwear pads I feel safe and secure! I will only be buying these

Soft in and skin and absorbs well
It was great getting a chance to try this product I was very surprised by how soft this product was on my skin it works well absorbs and doesn't leak good for on the go or an option for nighttime great alternative to a regular pad

I was worried the S/M would be too small as I’m a medium typically. It was a little snug but fit really well. I’m glad I didn’t go with the larger size. I found it weird to have my butt checks exposed while wearing a pad but it was comfortable and didn’t move over night . I liked the product and would buy it

Rebranded adult diapers
"Period panties" they are not. They do not resemble panties in look or feel. These are reimagined incontinence products. Yes, they do offer excellent protection, but the comfort and waste for me was not worth it.

Would buy again
I really enjoyed this product. It was super easy to use and fit very nicely. Not too tight or too loose. I felt very confident in these as usually on my heavy days I don’t sleep well wearing a pad, knowing I can’t move around too much and need to use the washroom during the night. Well, last night I wore these and slept through the whole night and wasn’t woken by myself moving around and I even slept in. I would definitely buy these again for my 2 heaviest period days each month knowing how safe and secure I felt in them. No mess and no fuss!

Honestly? Meh.
I received this product complimentary to test it out via Home Tester Club and U by Kotex. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend these. I get that they are trying to tap into the period underwear craze that’s happening lately, but this misses the mark. On paper yes, it does the job it is intended for. It’s absorbent, I didn’t leak and wasn’t worried about doing so. Other than that, I don’t have much positive things to say… It feels like wearing an adult diaper, and not the mesh wonderful ones after labour at the hospital - but bulky and uncomfortable. It’s soft to the touch, but also has no discernible front or back, and because of that it sits very uneven and eventually rides right up. Gives a very uncomfortable period pad wedgie, not great. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase this nor recommend it. It would do in a pinch, but it wouldn’t be a product I’d gravitate towards.

Night time Period leakage solved!
I really liked this dream wear. I am not a fan of waking up and having period leaks in my bed. This product stopped the that. The blood does still get on your skin and you do have to shower in the morning to wash it all off but that no leaks in my bed is nice. I don’t like that it’s makes me feel like I’m wearing a diapers and I wish it was more underwear fabric and less pad / diaper fabric. For very heavy night flow I would buy this again.

It does the job!
I started wearing it on the second night of my period. It does the job, and I had no problems with leakage, except that I feel very uncomfortable wearing it. It is nothing but a big pull-up diaper. The cut is weird, like boy shorts underwear. I believe it would be more comfortable if it had a bikini cut. Also, it feels hot and itchy. I found that this size (S-M) felt a little too big, and as the material is stretchy, it could even fit a size large. It may work well as postpartum underwear or if you have a heavy flow, but it didn't feel like a good alternative for me.

Love - great for postpartum
I used these post-partum and I found them more comfortable than having an actual pad. The elasticity is great and very comfortable and the overall quality is top notch. The absorbency is the same as a normal pad. I was surprised at how much they feel like normal cotton undies as I’m a picky underwear person! I would totally recommend these.

Leak protection with comfort
This was my first time trying period underwear as previously I thought it would feel very bulky. These underwear not only aren’t bulky but feel very comfortable. I am most concerned about leakage during the night as I have some days with very heavy flow and It didn’t leak overnight. The underwear absorbs a lot but at times it seemed like it wasn’t enough and I would have to change sooner than I thought. For semi-heavy and regular flow, I found these to be awesome!

Game-changer of periods!
This is the first time that I've tried the U by Kotex Dreamwear underwear. At first fit, the underwear felt very natural and comfortable. Not once did I have a leak, like I do with regular pads. I felt dry and protected all day long. Also, the underwear just felt normal to wear and not like I was wearing a diaper. I'm very pleased with this new product and it's a game-changer in my life! Amazing technology!

These really work!
These work well for those heavy overnights. I don't see any issues with leaking at all, no matter how much I toss and turn in my sleep. I only gave them 4 stars because the panty itself doesn't breathe at all. I don't think I'll be able to use these in warmer months.
