Dealing with Your Period - Solved!
I wasn't sure I would like the Dreamwear as I've never worn period underwear before however these made nighttimes so stress free! They are comfortable and minimal yet super effective! Such a nice solution for overnight with any level of flow!

Great Leak Protection
I wore these overnight and was so pleased with how comfortable they were. Not baggy at all. I was glad to see that there had been no leaks overnight and was satisfied with the protection provided by the U by Kotex DreamWear. I would gladly purchase these again next month!

Welcome change
I was very pleasantly surprised with the DreamWear. They were definitely more comfortable than I was expecting. They provided excellent overnight protection, without feeling bulky. I also like that they aren't heavily scented. Overall the DreamWear are definitely a new favorite product I will be using monthly.

The missing link to period struggles!
I am so relieved to be able to add a product to my life that will make my periods easier. I didnt know there was anything missing for my time of the month but I think this was it. I always dreaded having to wear pads at night and most of the time I wake up the next morning with ruined underwear. Now there is a product that is comfortable, convenient, and keeps me, my bed, and my clothes clean. Not only were these great for night time, but I wore them while home for lazy days or cleaning the house in my sweats and I am incredibly impressed. They're so comfortable I forgot I was wearing them and I didnt have to worry about changing my tampon or pad every few hours. Life saver, truly!

Easy and dependable!
I was super impressed with this product by Kotex! As someone who has heavy periods and leaks often my first 2 days this product worked wonders for me! I felt cleaner and loved the fact that I could just throw the whole thing out!

Useless!
At first it looked like adult incontinence diapers. It felt baggy, yet it was paper thin. As soon as I put the underwear up my hips, it ripped across the back side. Throughout the day, it would rip some more. The only good thing about it was that it kept the fluid in the brief overnight. But I’d rather just wear a pad in my underwear instead. Not worth it!

Like a diaper
I didn’t like these at all. I understand they are supposed to be great for nighttime protection and wear but I just found them too bulky it felt like I was wearing a diaper.

Works as advertised, but uncomfortable
Definitely very absorbent and allows you to sleep without having to worry about leaking. But the material is ultimately disposable and can rip relatively easily. Not overly comfortable - kind of reminiscent of wearing a diaper or something.
