Amazing
Great coverage, comfortable and not bad for the price point. They are definitely upping the standards for other brands in the same category.

I love these so much, peace of mind!
I reserve these for when I know I'm at the super heavy time during my cycle and use this during the day and overnights. This gives me such peace of mind knowing I'm not going to have to get up in the middle of the night or at 3-4 am and do an ad hoc emergency sink rising and washing if I have an accident. This does exactly as it says on the box and lets me sleep peacefully knowing everything is going to be absorbed. This is a must have if you're prone to overnight staining. And they're really comfortable, it doesn't make you hot and sweaty or rashy and the waist band is horizontally very thick and comfy (like a really comfortable, stretchy pair of control top underwear that covers the belly). Honestly it's not at all bothersome at all to sleep with. Must have to keep a couple pairs around for heavy nights.

comfy and effective
These are surprisingly comfy, have good coverage, and are very effective. No leaks over here! it is great going to bed knowing you don't have to worry about your covers in the morning.

Like it not loved
It took some time to get over the initial feeling of disposable underwear, these were somewhat comfortable. They provide okay coverage and leak protection during for heavy flow days but wouldn't trust it for the night. It felt cheap and for only five in the box, I feel kind of ripped off. The only thing I hated was the upper part of the underwear rips easily if you pull it up too hard or if your nails are long. Oh and can be super notable on under your pants.

Lifesaver if you have heavy periods
These are great for nights where you want extra protection. It does feel like wearing a diaper, but it’s saved my sheets so I can easily overlook that. They are expensive for the price, but I only use them on my heaviest days and then it’s not too bad.

Great for postpartum
I got a sample of these in the mail to test out. They were perfect to wear postpartum. I don't think I would wear them as period underwear though as I found them to be a bit bulky. Overall good product!

The diapers you didn't know you might want
Okay so hear me out. You think you've outgrown nighttime accidents. You're old enough. You shouldn't be making a mess out of your sheets every month. But then it happens and you wonder how you got there. How could this happen? I've bought two packs of these things and only tried them at night with a heavy flow; not a single leak. Once you get used to the fact that you're essentially wearing diapers, they're great and leakproof. Not very fashionable, and a little tight on the thighs, it does its job. At least the granny panties do a great job of hiding them!

A must for heavy flows, and for nights
The first few days are the hardest for me due to my flow being the heaviest. Period underwears help me to not worry about leaking and help me move around and sleep in any position comfortably. I wish these were around when I was younger, they would've helped me so much during school. They are on the bulkier side so it is a feeling that may take time getting used to for some. Wearing longer, loose clothing helps when wearing these. If comfort and freedom to live life as normal are your priority during your period, I highly recommend trying these!

Not a fan
I was excited to try this product because it seemed so convenient, but I was left disappointed. Like others have previously mentioned, the pair of underwear was quite bulky. There is no way that these could be worn during the day underneath jeans or trousers without them looking and feeling strange. They are not the most comfortable either. I gave this product two stars because when I wore a pair overnight (on one of my heavier days), they were very absorbent. I love the idea, but the execution is not there. That being said, I do think that this product could be a convenient option for post-partum women and could be used when bleeding is not quite at its heaviest.

Kotex U - Dreamwear Period Underwear
Overall, this is a great new product for your period! After getting over the initial feeling of disposable underwear, these were very comfortable. They provide great coverage and leak protection during the heavy flow days. It gives you a peace of mind knowing your period won't leak onto your clothing. The fit was perfect for me. The only thing I did not like was the upper part or the underwear rips easily if you pull it up too hard or if your nails are long.
