Amazing results !

After using the SUP ultimate reset shampoo for 3 times , I can honestly say that this shampoo really works for damaged hair . My hair was brittle and out of shape . Also it had no shine to it which was a direct cause of chemically treating my hair . But this shampoo really made a difference in the overall appearance of my hair . Its sooo soft after the first time i wash it with SUP shampoo . My husband ( who never comments on my hair ) even asked if I did something new to my hair . I love its smell . Also the packaging is really chic which is something I look for when buying my beauty products either hair or makeup .

Leaves hair soft and smelling fantastic

I used this product on very dirty hair and it lathered very well and completely cleaned my hair. It is a very fragranced product but not overwhelming, smells more like a perfume which personally I love. A little goes a long way I have very long hair and didn’t have to use much product.

Extreme repair of my hair

Best Reset Shampoo!

I loved the Shu Uemura Ultimate Reset shampoo. It smells amazing and I could feel my hair smoother even after the first use. I would really recommend this shampoo to anyone that feels their hair needs a reset. It actually works so well and will leave my ends so nourished and nice. My hair was shiny and I love that it really helps repair my damaged hair. I will definitely buy this again

Amazing Shampoo!

Great shampoo for damaged hair! I loved the smell and it provided my hair with the nourishment it needed! My hair is extremely fine and while washing this out, I could notice a difference! If you are going to splurge, go all in and grab the Ultimate Reset Mask too. The shampoo alone was amazing, but combination of the two was absolutely fantastic!

Good shampoo, but strong in scent

I was so excited to try a luxurious Shu Uemura shampoo, but it did not go well for me. I must say, it made my hair really soft and a little goes a long way. After I fried my hair, it became bouncy and shiny. The best part is, it stayed that way even after a full workout! I'm so happy about it. The only thing I don't like is that the scent is too overpowering and my husband noticed it too. Don't get me wrong; it smells so good. It smells like jasmine, if I'm not mistaken. However, because of this strong scent, I don't think I can use it regularly or if I'd use it before I go to bed. I might use it when I start the day so the scent wears off a bit.

Love it

I absolutely love the fragrance of this shampoo it's definitely elegant and not like drug store shampoo. It is for repairing damaged hair and it makes hair feel smooth. I find its very cleansing and I love how the shampoo foams into a luxurious micro foam. It feels like it coats the hair well and cleanses the scalp of oils and product residues. I find my hair is easy to comb through after using this shampoo and I look forward to using the Shu Uemura Ultimate Reset shampoo when I wash my hair as its gentle and does was it says. My hair looks shinier and healthier as a result.

Highly satisfied

My hair looks great after just my first use. I can clearly see the difference. It feels soft and smooth. It has nourished my highly damaged hair. Considering it using on a regular basis. Would love to try their other varients after i repair my hair completely.So happy to use it. Highly recommend

Smooth hair!

Initially, I wasn't the biggest fan because of the overwhelming smell/fragrance of this product. It was so strong and for it being a product for damaged hair, I found it redundant and unnecessary. However, the next day, the fragrance had died down and my hair felt a lot healthier. This is after one use! It felt clean and fresh, so I am excited to keep testing this.

Leaves me with great looking hair!

Unique bottle and instructions on bottle are too small to read, so read directions on the box before heading into the shower. The Shampoo lathers nicely and had a soft pleasant fragrance. I felt like the shampoo left my hair feeling clean.

Holy Grail for Damaged Hair!

I have very dry and damaged hair from bleach, colour and heat. I started using this shampoo last Friday and it made such a huge difference already! My hair used to feel like straw but this shampoo has dramatically transformed my hair to smooth and silky. The result that I got from using this product is unbelievable and feels as if I paid for a very expensive treatment in a salon when all I did was wash my hair at home. My hair all of a sudden feels nourished, my strands silky smooth and my split ends, if not gone, are now unnoticeable. This is great stuff and I can’t wait to recommend this to anyone I know who’s hair is very damaged and dry!

Love this shampoo!

I really enjoyed this shampoo and loved the smell! I like that a little goes a long way as it lathers up really nicely in my hair. I have dry and damaged hair from constantly dyeing it red. My hair feels so smooth, shiny and I have zero frizz. Even my husband noticed a difference in my hair, which is saying something. 5 stars!
