Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil Shampoo

This product works great but it is important to follow the instructions. The first time I used the product I felt that it wasn’t sudsy enough so I used more. My hair ended up having greasy roots and dry ends. The next time around I used a dime size amount and the result was amazing! It’s helping me train my hair and reducing the amount of times I wash my hair per week (I’m down to two). It’s fairly pricey but one bottle will go a long way!

writing this review after trying this #freeproduct from #hometesterclub. After trying first two times hair were more tangled but after after third wash hair got better. Hair was shiny after every wash , no strong smell , and very clean. Shampoo doesn’t lather too much and 2-3 pumps 3 times cleaned my hair- I have very thick and long hair. Only thing it didn’t help was frizzy hair.

I received this shampoo free to test and review. After one use I found my hair felt so much softer and lighter. My hair does not seem to get as oily as fast after using this product. The scent is not overwhelming and I would recommend this product.

This is a great shampoo and it seems moisturizing. My hair felt great and it didn’t seem to strip too much of the natural oils. It did not make my scalp greasier than usual. Lathers well. A bit pricey than what I’m used to- I’ve used other shampoos that does the same but a bit cheaper. Overall, I would recommend!

The shampoo bottle fancy. The texture is luxurious and the smell is very nice. As a shampoo, it’s not that great. It has been making my hair greasy a day after washing it.

The shampoo smells really good. I used it twice a week for 3 weeks and I can honestly say that my hair are softer and less oily. They are usually manageable with this product and I recommend it highly!

I have received the Shu Uemura cleansing oil shampoo to try for my honest review. At first, I was very skeptical because it came with no conditioner. I always needed conditioner to keep my hair soft and frizz-free. At first use, I was impressed at how clean, soft, moisturized, silky and frizz-free my hair was. I needed no conditioner because this cleansing oil shampoo did what shampoo and conditioner should do. It contains lightweight cleansing properties and lathers perfectly. It smells amazing but is subtle enough for those with sensitivity. I enjoyed using this cleansing oil shampoo and love how my hair feels and looks.

Love this shampoo. The smell is gentle and fragrant. This shampoo lathers well she made my scalp feel fresh and clean afterwards. I normally have an oily scalp. So this shampoo made my hair feel cleansed and refreshed.

This shampoo is fabulous. My hair feels so soft after using it, and I am able to last longer between washes.

I love this cleansing oil shampoo! This is my first time using a product like this and I definitely enjoy it. It is very gentle and makes my hair less frizzy. I like that it is also silicone free which is something I do look for in a shampoo. I would consider buying this product in the future and recommending it.

I had the opportunity to try the Shu Uemura Art of Hair Cleansing Oil Shampoo. It is a gentle radiance cleanser with onsen inspired ferment that is paraben and silicone free. The shampoo can be used on all hair types including colour treated hair. The shampoo comes in the typical Shu Uemura packaging that I am used to seeing with their facial cleansing oils, a clear pump bottle. The shampoo's instructions are very simple. Wet hair and apply a few pumps lather and rinse. The shampoo is clear in colour and has a nice light scent. I was a little wary of the word oil in the shampoo as my hair tends to get oily but the shampoo lathered well and kept my hair feeling clean. I was a little confused if I should use conditioner afterwards or not as it did not mention anything on the bottle or instructions however I was able to locate a cleansing oil conditioner product. I did find the price point a little steep for me but I would recommend this product for those who are fans of Shu Uemura.

I loved the scent of this product and it also lathers up really well. I did notice after using this shampoo that my hair was a bit more tame (I have naturally wavy and frizzy hair). I also love that I can now go longer between shampooing my hair!! I didn’t score this product full stars as I generally prefer a sulfate-free shampoo and my hair did get a bit dry after use. Overall I would purchase this product again and I would recommend!!

Love the gentle fragrance. It makes my hair feel so clean without feeling like it is stripped off of all moisture. I live in a very cold dry climate so my hair turns very dry and static-y in this season. Not anymore! I am so glad to have been introduced to this product. I got multiple compliments the first day I washed my hair with this shampoo. My hair was so shiny. Makes my scalp feel very clean. I was not sure what cleansing oil meant and felt like it would make my hair greasy after a couple of days of wash but that does not happen. Definitely will buy again!
