To oil cleanse your hair, start with totally dry hair — just as you would when oil cleansing your face. Then, apply the cleansing oil onto your scalp and roots, section by section. Comb the oil through your roots as thoroughly as possible and gently massage it in. Then, rinse it out until the water runs clear

Best thing in my shower
Absolutely love this product! I was so happy to receive it. I typically have very greasy hair, and this shampoo helped so much! It made my scalp feel so happy. But make sure to use as directed!

have used the shampoo for 3 weeks now, but I think it has made my hair dry with each application. Looking at the price, I thought my hair would have a luxurious feel but it was opposite.

Love this shampoo
My overall opinion is that this is the best shampoo I have tried. I love the light floral smell and that there is nothing chemical or fake about the oil shampoo. The tiny bubbles as the product lathers is also very effective and relaxing vi highly recommend this and any other product from shu uemura

Leaves my curls fresh and moisturized!
I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review, and I must admit, I am quite impressed! I image it has to do with it's unique oil base cleansers that it manages to wash my hair without the sense that I'm stripping it. Leaves my curls feeling fresh, moisturized and tameable. Foams just the right amount for you to know it's getting the job done, and has a lovely delicate floral hint. I do love their efforts in making a clean product, but I'm confused why it claims to be silicon free when it has amodethicone listed in the ingredients. Nevertheless, I feel fortunate to have been given this sample as it's now among my favourite hair products!

Great product!
When I first recieved this product I was a little hesitant with how an oil shampoo would react with my hair. To my suprise it works so well!! I wasn't expecting much lather seeing as my hair was pretty oily when I put it to the test but I got a lot of suds on my first wash. I went in for a second wash and it felt so nice on my scalp. I have been dealing with an itchy scalp and I really think this shampoo oil helped put some hydration back where it needed to be. My frizzy curls seem to be less wild and my hair feels incredibly soft before I even put conditioner in. So thankful to have received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review. It's a new favorite of mine!

Makes hair dry- Will not buy again
The bottle and packaging looks very nice. I have used the shampoo for 3 weeks now, but I think it has made my hair dry with each application. Looking at the price, I thought my hair would have a luxurious feel but it was opposite. They are super dry and I had to use a lot of hair serum to make them smoother. I don’t think that I will be buying this again.

Very Surprised!
I was intrigued by the shampoo; having a very picky scalf. And to my surprise it worked wonders! I use it max twice a week as directed and i hvae seen an improvement in my scalp ! I have the weird dry and oily combo and this has helped stretch out my washes! The only thing is that it doesn't foam and I feel like you need to use a lot to make sure you get it everywhere.

Great at first
At first I was very impressed with the Shu Uemura cleansing shampoo. The bottle is classy - the smell is very nice. It was so easy to just pump out the right amount and go! It made my hair nice and fluffy and full of volume. But then after a few washes ( I only wash my hair 2-3 times per week ) it became super dry. I wish there was a conditioner to go along with it.

Hair felt amazingly soft smelt great!
I was pleasantly surprised with this shampoo! It made my hair feel very soft and clean and smelling very good. It makes my hair much easier to manage and is very good for greasy hair. It also helped with the frizz! Overall, I would definitely recommend this shampoo if you want you hair more manageable and soft.
