Fast acting
This preparation h has really come in handy for my flare ups. I love that when I apply this it gives me instant relief in that moment, which is helpful and I also love that it works overtime to shrink and reduce the size of haemorrhoids and also the pain goes away.

Relief
Preparation H should be the #1 product for what it's used for. I had no relief for the itching and burning until I applied the cream. I actually cried at the first use as it took both the pain and itch away. I had to use it multiple times until it finally eased but am very grateful for Preparation H.
