Instant relief
I'm always a little hesitant to use nasal spray, however I was very excited to try this one. The mist was very gentle on my nose, and gave me instant relief. I would definitely recommend, especially since this year has been horrible for cold and flus.

Worked great!
Great timing for this review! I got a cold and this product helped with the congestion big time! It wasn't harsh on my nose and kept it hydrated. Sometimes nasal sprays can cause my nose to bleed, but this one was fine!

Works better than most nasal sprays!
I have a hard time sleeping, especially when I’m sick or around allergy season. I’ve tried everything, from a humidifier to nasal strips. Nothing worked for me. The only thing that does work when I’m in dire straights, is a good nasal spray to clear my sinus. Some other sprays, don’t last long enough or I’m wake up in the morning with blood clotted around my nose… definitely not ideal. Tori in not only works fast, but it lasts! No need to use it again in the middle of the night and I don’t wake up with any side effects! I’m so happy I found this product! High recommend!

Works fast!
What can i say about otrivin complete cold and allergy except it is a great product. It works so fast to help clear my sinuses and relieves congestion. This product is the only way i am able to get a good night sleep when sick. I also like the long nozzle as it makes application of spray so much easier than the snub nose tops on other brands. I highly recommend this product to anyone who could use the relief.

This product worked really well for me. I have never used a spray like this before but now that I have tried it I am never going back. I used it when I had a cold but I can see this being useful during allergy season as well.

Quick relief from stuffiness is here!
I happened to get this as I was combating a cold, talk about luck! I suffer from sinus issues so I was apprehensive to try out a nasal spray because I’m worried it’ll make it worse, but I wanted relief from my cold. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly this worked for me to help me breathe clearer. I love the fact that the tip of this is longer than I expected to make dispensing the product easier. That said, I did feel a bit of a stinging sensation but it did go away quickly. I’ll be keeping this in the medicine cabinet for those moments where I’m inevitably sick yet again (shout out to having school aged children who bring every sickness home!) and have trouble breathing through my nose, I’ll be prepared! I received an incentive in the form of a gift card from Home Tester Club to purchase this product in exchange for my honest review.

I have used the regular Otrivin spray and store brand decongestant sprays as well that has the same medicinal ingredient. The sprayer works well, and the nasal drip taste is not awful.

Not bad
I have bad allergies and usually take allergy pills but they don't seem to work. The spray seemed to work short-term but I don't necessarily like things up my nose.

Is a no from me
I love to try new products, and was excited to try this one. I tried it the first day I got it. The nozzle was a great size, and made it easy to use. I wish the mist would have been a bit finer, would have entered the nasal cavity better. No weird after taste ( metal like ), like I have had with many. I found it was effective for about an hour or so, but after fell flat. I give it a middle of the road rating, as it had as many pros as it did cons.
