Naked Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Excellent. I put them in lunch boxes for my kids. They make a healthy snack at school.

We really like Naked smoothies but recently learned to read the nutritional labels. This still has lots of sugars even though it's ' no sugar added'. However, we still prefer this as it is an healthier option to pop or other juices.

I love making smoothies so I thought I would try this one. It’s a nice blend of strawberry and banana although you can definitely make your own at home which is far more nutritious. It packs a whopping amount of calories, and sugar.They use gimmicks such as ‘naked’ and ‘all natural’ and ‘vegan’ to draw you in, but it doesn’t necessarily make it nutritious. You’re better off making your own!

Love these, they are packed full of flavor and have a smooth texture. They come in a few sizes so are great for travel/camping/lunches or to go along with breakfast!

This drink is one of my favourites. It's healthy, delicious, sweet and filling. Im always craving more with this drink.
