I compared this product to the Orville. I was really happy because I wasn't satisfied with the Orville. Unfortunately, I feel like it was the same. It was okay, but I think the butter flavor wasn't enough. I feel like it could have been ''light butter'' flavor. Didn't read the label though, maybe it's healthier this way !

ACT II Popcorn
This popcorn has an alright butter taste, not as good as Orville brand. But it did pop more kernels in the bag, so that was a bonuss! Not much waste with this one. but again just not enough butter flavour for my liking!

Great snack, wish there was more
We ordered through Amazon and it took a bit longer than our usual brand to arrive as it was initially out of stock. Was expecting it to be more buttery, like dripping, but it's much like the other make at home that you need to add more too like the movie theatre kind. It was good, easy to make on the microwave setting and we liked it a lot. Wish the box would have more than 3 bags as that doesn't last long since it's really yummy!

SO GOOD!
During these times with our pandemic it has been nearly impossible to make it to a movie theatre and we also miss all our yummy treats we get at the concession stand. This popcorn is exactly what you would receive if you went to an in person movie and bought popcorn. Your house will smell like a movie theatre and it is absolutely phenomenally delicious. It is fresh and crunchy and nice and buttery.

Amazing Buttery taste
Thanks Hometester club for choosing me to try and taste the Act II Microwave buttery popcorns Pack contained 3 bags I ordered through Amazon Prime and it came promptly the next day It was a wonderful treat for the entire family all of us thoroughly enjoyed the buttery and yummy taste I microwaved it for about 2 minutes and it came out perfect the portion size was quite great and handsome loved everything about it

Good but not amazing either
Somewhat buttery, but I expected more butter flavour seeing as I have found other brands to be more buttery. Decent crunch, and nice big fluffy kernels. Tastes almost the same as the Orville Redenbacher version, but with less fat and sodium, making the Act II my preferred choice of the two. I could easily outdo this with a home popcorn pan and some Flavacol powder, so I wouldn't buy this in the future. Whenever I do buy microwave popcorn, I prefer as much butter as possible.

Great Popcorn!
This is a great option for microwave popcorn. The price point is fantastic, and the bag size is generous. The taste is rather light but still tasty. Sometimes I kind the texture of the popped corn a bit chewy, but overall for the price it’s something we will pick up! Great easy snack

Not buttery enough
I really wanted to give this popcorn a better review, since it popped very well. There were very few unpopped kernels and, although some of the popcorn tasted slightly burnt, I would attribute that more to user error of not taking them out sooner than to the popcorn itself. However, at the end of the day, this popcorn is meant to be a butter popcorn and it really lacked a lot of butter flavour. It was more akin to popcorn with a hint of butter instead of a butter popcorn, so it lost a lot of points there for me.

Yummy Popcorn
I have been buying the Act II Butter microwave popcorn for a long time and I find it is always consistent with its quality. I find the popcorn to taste great and it always tastes fresh. The butter flavour is just right for me and my family enjoys it very much. The pricing is great and I like that almost all the kernels always pop for me. This is great popcorn.
