Very thick
If you find yourself leaking at night/ very heavy flow then I can see these being a good product. Personally I found them much too thick and even with the extra wings (2 sets rather than 1) they moved around a bit. Reminded me of the pads available many years ago which were like a surfboard.

Absolute Favourite
Absolutely love the U by Kotex range and these were no exception. Quality and fit for purpose is so much better than other comparable brands and makes them my go to. Great fit and protection I knew I was safe all night with these.

Good protection
Overall, I found this product pretty good for a majority of my flow days. They just couldn’t keep up with the higher flow days for which I need even further extended front (particularly when tummy sleeping) and wider back protection (the heavy duty period underwear has come the closest with keeping up with these flow days). The wings at the back were not wide enough to wrap around the underwear, but wasn’t too problematic. I’m a bit self conscious of the rustling plastic noise when I walk, but that seems to be all maxi pads. I would recommend these for people who prefer pads, however for me personally I will stay with period underwear for night time.

Perfect night sleep
Im a sleeper that tosses and turns heavily and this is perfect for me. No leaks even on the sides of my thighs. It is very hefty and big, you can definitely feel that you are wearing a pad so this cannot be used for outside wear.

Great pads
These pads are great as they provide extra protection specially during first few days when the periods are heavy. It is great at soaking and leave no stain. Wings are also great addition for added protection.

Comfortable and reliable
Finding a reliable overnight pad has exceeded my expectations. The coverage is excellent, providing peace of mind during the night. Comfortable and reliable

Good Choice for teenagers
My daughter got to use Kotex teens pads and her feedback was it was nice and small packaging making it easy to bring out without being noticed. It was also easy to use, fits snugly as it’s not overly long or wide and it’s thin so it doesn’t cause her discomfort during the day. However she does need to change more often as she gets heavy period on the first two days. Definitely recommend to use on moderate days. Being an active teenager the wings prevent the pad from moving around too much and protects the edges of her undies from stains, definitely a plus .

Great but big
I was very surprised by the size of this pad - they are large and for my size covers my underwear almost from front to back so feels like a nappy. The shape of the back is great as is wider and covers the butt area which prevents leaks as well so although large I can see the benefit especially if you’re heavy during your period.

Worked great!
These pads worked great overnight, especially for a heavy period. They were still comfortable even though they could take more. If they could be a bit shorter that could make it even more comfortable.
