Lose the weight and feel great!!
The Tony Ferguson Shakes actually do work. With just one meal replacement per day (lunch) I have actually managed to lose 8kg. The shakes are quite tasty and I found them filling and after the first few days, didn't get hungry in between meals. The other motivating factor was the Tony Ferguson Weight Loss Programme which offered great recipes, tips on excercises and generally ways in which to keep me motivated. Although, seeing the results at the end of every week at weigh in was reason enough for me to keep striving for my goal weight. After 8 weeks I've finally achieved it and I feel great!! I have more energy and confidence and I would recommend this programme wholeheartedly to anyone trying to lose the kilos and not find it depressing and pointless. This stuff really works!

Hard to stick to
Honestly I was a little disappointed. I found the shakes very sickly and hard to stomach after a few days. I did get sick which impacted my ability to stick to it consistently aswell, but it isn't something I would rush to do in the future. I don't feel that it is a sustainable way to loose weight and keep it off. I lost 1.5kg over the month but that was also with other lifestyle changes so I don't attribute that only to the shakes.

Great taste, great value.
I like the Tony Ferguson High Protein Shakes because they taste good and they're filling. I always use a protein shaker with the silver ball to make sure the powder mixes well, I find clumps otherwise. I use the recommended powder and water measurements and found the vanilla and chocolate flavours to be really nice in taste. On the sweeter side, but definitely a good taste/flavour. I would have this in the morning at about 7-8am and was always satisfied. I didn't feel hungry to eat until about 10-11am. Along with the obvious healthy eating and exercise, I found that I lost just over 4 kilos in the first month and another 2 kilos in the second month. I was very happy with the taste and quality of the Tony Ferguson High Protein Shakes and would use this protein powder again.

Tony Ferguson Chocolate Shakes
I lost almost 6 kilos after replacing one meal a day with the Tony Ferguson Shakes. Easy to prepare, drink and enjoy I really looked forward to the chocolate flavour daily and didn’t get sick of it. I have more energy to keep up with my two small children now and can’t wait to see further results.

Great product!
These shakes are delicious, low in sugar, are gluten free and packed with protein that keep you feeling fuller for longer. With a 5 star health rating I felt good about substituting a meal with this and the vitamins and minerals makes sure I’m not missing out. I lost 5.6kg but that was with cheat meals and days where I was low on energy and didn’t move a lot. I’ve already purchased more and look forward to seeing more results. Great product!

The best shakes!
Tony Ferguson High Protein Shakes helped me to shed 7kg in 8 weeks! I tried variety of their different flavours - chocolate, vanilla and coffee. Vanilla was definitely my favourite but the other flavours also tasted nice. The shakes are easy to use by just mixing the powder with water. I replaced one meal per day with a shake.

Flavour on point
I lost 9kg on the shakes, there were days I wasn't as committed as others as life got in the way coming up to the end of year festivities. The shakes tasted very good, way better than other protein shakes I've tried.

Amazing and so yummy

Great product - Highly Recommend
I have not completed the 8 week trial yet, I became ill for weeks so am quite behind. I loved the first trial and lost weight easily. I am only a couple of weeks in unfortunately (the 8 week trial) I find the product very tasty and keeps me full. I have recommend to family and even gave a sample to my sister who is keen to use the products also.

Filling and easy to use
Unfortunately, I ended up getting covid a few days into my trial and ended up suffering from the effects for a number of weeks after. I felt it was not appropriate to restrict my calorie I take while my body was trying to heal but did use the shakes as a supplement to my diet. Unfortunately I didn't lose any weight but that is due to my calorie intake rather than the shakes. I did find the shakes to be relatively filling but the taste of sweetener was quite strong compared to other shakes. I will definitely give the trial another go when I am fully recovered.

Chocolate lover
I really like the chocolate flavour. It basically tastes like a chocolate milkshake without the milk. I love milkshakes but cannot drink them unless I have food in my stomach... lactose intolerant. I only lost 2 kgs because during the trial I had to evacuate from my home due to the Murray River Floods. As a consequence my final three weeks of the trial were disrupted.
