Great coverage
These pads are so much longer and cover so much more area, especially at the back than any other pad I've tried. They are very thin and so have additional sticky parts to make sure they stay in place. I did find them a little uncomfortable when I woke up in the morning, however couldn't fault them in any other way.

Really Comfortable but Flawed Design
The Overnight Ultrathin Pads work very well for overnight protection. They are soft, comfortable, breathable, and provide excellent absorption for long nights. However, the exterior wrapping tends to tear apart during opening, and the adhesive backing often sticks to underwear, making removal difficult and messy. This occasionally leads to handling body fluids, which feels unsanitary. While the performance and comfort are great, the design flaws need improvement for a better experience.

Great for Heavy Flows
I have a medium flow with occasional heavy. I usually use ultra-thin supers from various brands but have historically avoided overnight pads because they tend to be clunky, thick, and uncomfortable. Not so with these. These pads are similar in thickness to Kotex's regualr and super pads in the same line. They're pretty flexible and absorbant enough to catch everything except the most errant leaks. The adhesive is pretty good, I only had an issue with it wrinkling and bunching up RIGHT at the back (they are very long) and that's just a user-by-user thing. For people who just don't get enough coverage from regulars or even supers they're perfect.

Excellent product
These pads are excellent for overnight use, I wouldn't use any other product! In the morning, I wake up dry with no odour. I can always feel safe overnight knowing that I won't leak with these, 100% recommend.

Comfortable coverage

Overnight Protection
I’ve used the overnight pads from U by Kotex since I was a teen. One thing I always wished for was a wider back for more coverage and now it has that! Great solid feminine products, protection you can count on when sleeping and don’t have to worry about leakage. Disappointing to see the packs are now 8 per and not 10 as they used to be. Nevertheless would still recommend this product. Overnight pads are great for the first 2 nights of your cycle, I sometimes wear them during the day too!
