Durable, brilliant, perfect!!!
It is a durable, and is not flimsy like many others. The weight of the iron is heavy enough to press clothing nicely, gliding along, but not too heavy as to give your arm an ache! Heats up fast, very accurate temp control, we love the steam and self clean option. My nan used to say "to judge a good iron is easy, if it is hot right to the tip, it is good quality as some people like fashion designers, fabric artists and tailors the tip is a very important part for them to use." The steamglide ultra is a very reliable product. Loved it!

Easy to use Steam Glide Iron
The Russell Hobbs Iron is an easy to use, smooth iron that has many useable functions. The steam functions are perfect for ironing out shirts and thick fabrics and the shape of the iron is ergonomic and easy to grip.

Easy glide
The iron was excellent in terms of glide across different fabrics. It was used on different settings but did leak a little on the highest setting with the steam activated. It did not take long to heat to different settings and was light to use. The tank was easy to fill and empty.

Steam Glide ultra iron is easy to use
The Russell Hobbs Steam Glide ultra iron was so great and easy to use. It really felt as if it was gliding over the clothes. The wrinkles were easily removed without having to go over them repeatedly like I use to do. I didn’t suffer any arm fatigue due to the iron feeling lighter when in use.

Happy ironing
I have always used Russell Hobbs iron, my first one ever purchased was the one with the colour changing lights, love that iron so much and it lasted years and years. It was a sad day when it no longer worked but I knew straight away I wouldn't bother with any other brand and just go straight for another Russell Hobbs. I thought it was fantastic until I received this one. This iron is even better! Heats up quick and get the job done quick, I don't need to go over anything several times, done right first go. Only thing I found a little odd was how small the water jug is but that really isn't a huge problem. Has a strong steam release and glides over the clothes with ease. Now my other iron has gone to the cupboard as a spare.

Just Like any other iron, but better.
To be honest, i don't really iron my clothes because most of my clothes are wrinkle-free fortunately. But this iron works pretty good.

Steam Glide by Name Steam Glide by Use
My husband does the ironing in the house a few times a week for his uniform not me. The moment it arrived it was put to use and his review is it is awesome, so easy to use and so smooth to use really lives up to its name of steam glide. We own a Russell Hobbs but I can tell you that will not be used again now we have this one. It has a very comfortable hand grip but is quiet heavy so I know for me that has issues with my hands I couldn't use it for a long time as it would cause pain in my hands.

It irons well, but in this day and age, cordless is everything. If this was a cordless version, it would be 5 out of 5.

Effective steam and easy to use.
I loved this Steam iron. Was really efficient and easy to use. I love how easy it was to fill up the water compartment. The steam was really effective on wrinkled clothes such as shirts. It heated up quickly as well.

Easy lightweight iron
A good size iron that comes in the neutral colors of grey and white. A large size water spout to place the water although the plastic jug to fill it is quite small. The burst of steam option works really well and the iron is lightweight to hold even when full of water. I'd be happy to purchase this item.

Great Product, Great Price
Great Product at a Great Price I have had the Steamglide Ultra iron for just a few days now and have used it on numerous different fabrics and it's great! It feels very smooth on all fabrics. It heats up very fast and is hot right to the tip! Great value for money. Would recommend this product for sure!

Easy to use steam iron!
The Russell Hobbs Iron was easy to use and effective. The non-stick stainless steel soleplate and continuous steam made it easy to iron clothes, most likely because the heat was evenly distributed this way. This iron also has a 300ml water tank which would be I did find to be a bit small if you are ironing clothes enough for a family of 4. The soft touch handle made it easy to grip and control. I had a bit of trouble with the steam shot at the beginning but got use to it the more I used it. Overall a great iron for a very competitive price, I would gladly purchase and will recommend to my family and friends

Great quality iron
This iron is fantastic quality and not too heavy or light. The ceramic base plate just glides over the clothes while you iron and doesn’t stick at all to the ironing like I’ve had in the past with other irons I’ve used. The quality and weight of the iron while using is amazing and makes you think that it’s a way more expensive iron that it is. I will definitely be buying one as a replacement when it’s time for this one to give up working.
