One temperature iron
The iron looks great and the fact that you don't need to change temperature for different materials is pretty good. Another plus is the long cord which is very useful when you have big distance from power point to ironing board. But it is heavy and clunky. I didn't see any different results from using just your average iron. It's not ironing any better or quicker.

Good iron bit a bit heavy
Loved that you didnt have to change the temperature, loved the rubber stand. I just found it to be quite heavy and over time ironing my hand got sore

Easy iron, that is safer to use.
This iron is fantastic for the everyday iron and go. I love that you don't have to worry about the temperature. With my old iron, if you accidentally ran over a logo it would smudge, but with this iron, it is more forgiving, no more ruined t-shirts. It irons the wrinkles away, but you are less likely to burn yourself because the plate doesn't appear to be as hot, a more even temperature. You can steam or spray as needed. It would be great for the time poor, rushed person who wants to look good, but needs to get through a lot of ironing. I would have loved this when my kids were little, I would have felt safer using this around youngsters. Only one problem, the cover where you put water has come off twice and is a bit fiddly to put back on. All in all it is a surprisingly easy iron that works well and is safer to use.

One Temp Iron not bad but not perfect.
I like this iron. The limited settings make it easy to choose settings dependent on type of fabric wanting to iron. I was concerned the max steam setting wasnt going to be hot enough for cotton and linen. Thankfully it wasnt an issue at all. On the otherhand the lowest setting recommended to iron delicate fabric I believe is too cool and results are not as expect. The other downside due to limited settings is ironing wool. I used the lower steam setting and found while it worked, the end result wasnt 100% with creases still visible, so this is a real negative for me. The higher steam setting would be too hot for wool. Guess this is why on usual irons the wool setting is lower than for cotton and higher than delicate. Feel this iron does not meet the mark for wool - shame.

Russell Hobbs One Temperature Iron
I like that its one Temperature with settings. Although with no steam i had to run the iron over the creases a few times over i thought the temperature was a tad low.. low enough to touch. Low steam was good and it ironed well. However i loved using the 3rd setting, high steam as it was continuous and it perfectly decreased anywhere i went over. My shirts were straight and smooth

Effective, efficient iron
I found this iron to be much heavier than my previous iron but my husband didn't have a problem with it. It is very easy to use with clear, easy to follow instructions and heats up very quickly. The iron is very effective on cotton and linen fabrics with little effort. I tried the vertical steam feature but I didn't find this to be very effective because of the weight of the appliance and the time needed between steam bursts. The sole plate glides easily and smoothly over the fabrics.

Little Gem.
Love it heaps. Just fill and turn on, all the guess work is taken care of. Fantastic iron for pre-teen as it's one temperature. It just glides along any fabric. The water tank hold a fair amount of water and it's easy to see.It's a little gem .

Does the job
Needed an iron and found this on the Home Tester Club site. After reading reviews this iron has done as other described. Easy to use and being able to control the temperature is much needed. Definately does the job.

Super effective
Super nice looking iron and very easy to use. It takes no time to heat up and does not burn my clothes if I leave it on for a few seconds too long. It is very quick and I can iron in half the time.
