Much closer than a 4 blade razor.
I ran 2 tests on the Remington X9 Shaver with great results. Firstly, I compared its performance to a high-quality 4-blade razor by shaving after already being cleanly shaven. I was amazed by the X9's ability to deliver an even closer shave, leaving my skin noticeably smooth to the touch. Though I initially experienced some chafing around the bottom of my neck, I was pleased to find that the manual recommended using shaving cream or a similar product, which quickly resolved the issue. Due to its waterproof design, this shaver proved to be highly versatile and easy to clean. In my second test, I put the X9 to the ultimate challenge by shaving a 3-day growth. Most electric shavers I've tried in the past have failed to pick up the stubborn sideways hairs on my neck, but the X9 excelled in this regard. It worked quickly and smoothly, without any pulling or discomfort. Additionally, I was impressed with the trim tool, with it's firmly attached adjustable comb trimming my eyebrows.

Remington X9 Shaver
The unit is light weight and easy to handle. It has a nice feeling in the hand inspite of its light weight. The individual flexing blades do a good job of cutting my facial hairs, well designed. The 360 degree pivot ball is a total design disaster. It doesn't work at all and when I try and get it to pivot, the cutting head falls off / comes out of its socket. This is very poor and shows poor designing or poor workmanship in the factory. Given this it doesn't shave as close as a blade and is not any better than my 2 year old Braun S6 shaver or my Gillette Fusion blade. In fact it doesn't shave as close as a blade at all. This is disappointing because I had high hopes for this product.

Shaver that works with your face
Hands down as soon as I used the shaver I was in love, I firstly tried it out with the beard trimmer and detailing blade to see how it handled with it doing it perfectly and also doing a clean shave with it moving with the contours of my face with minimal irritation. Perfect for a quick touchup during the week and also a full clean cut.

So Far So Good
I have been using the X9 daily for a week and I'm really liking it, it gives a nice close shave, not traditional razor close but good enough to almost pass. The X9 feels good in the hand, is easy to maneuver, easy to clean and it comes with a nice case to store it in when you're done. My better half has also taken a liking to it and is super impressed with the results when shaving her legs.

Love the rotary shaver x9 Remington, but still prefer my braun shaver better. only got 1 size clipper too. The precision is great, the 360 deg PivotBall works wonder. The LED display is so fancy.

So smooth!
Love how the shaver doesn't catch your skin and makes it so effortless and glide over it. Waterproof is a big PLUS as I tend to shave in the shower. The included attachments were a nice addition. The overall shaver build quality is lovely and the color is especially eye catching. Would recommend it to a friend.

Very good product, awesome packaging but you need to apply more pressure for cleaner shave. I like that it comes with a bag that you can easily store after every use. All in all it is a good product but I don’t think it is worth the price

Great for a quick shave
I was surprised by how good this Remington x9 is. I usually shave using disposable razors. Shaving with this one is faster and a lot safer. Doesn't get as close, but that's barely noticeable. Unit is well built, and charges quickly.

Good for sensitive skin but inconsistent
The packaging was nice. It was easy to open up and keep the shaver and all the additional components. Can definitely see the reduced friction from the shaver at work and it’s intuitive and simple to use. However, I couldn’t get a clean shave and just swapped to a regular razor instead to finish the job.

Reasonable shave but skin irritation
From the outset, this product is nicely packaged and comes in a great travel case. The shaver is light, but reasonably sturdy and comes with a couple of useful attachments, including a USB charging cable. However, it does not contain a power adaptor, so charging is solely limited to USB, which may be a negative for some. The shave itself is reasonably close, however, not noticeably better than my existing foil shaver, which is a number of years old. The biggest negative for me, however, was considerable skin irritation and discomfort after shaving, which took over 24 hours to subside. This was particularly severe on the neck area and is not something I have ever experienced to this extent when shaving (I do not have particularly sensitive skin). As a result of this, I am unlikely to continue to be able to use this product.

Super Shaver
Overall, the Remington Limitless X9 Rotary Shaver is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a close, comfortable shave without sacrificing quality. clean shave
First impressions out of the box was great.Well packaged with numerous attachments. Excellent travel case. Tried the beard clipper first and found it to not work well and tended to pull the hairs not trim. Then attached the shaver head and although didn't seem powerful it did a very good job.A clean shave and also very easy to take the attachments on and off for cleaning.if using it for a daily shave I would highly recommend but not as a beard trimmer. The shaver followed the face lines nicely with the pivot motion.Very comfortable in hand. Charged well and fast. 60 minutes of life between charges. Would recommend this product.

A Better shave
Moving from the Remington Limitless X5 to the X9, you can feel the difference. The shave head glides the contours of your face effortlessly and trims the hair on the first pass. It comes in a compact travel case and usb charger, but the battery lasts so long that you most likely wont need to charge whilst travelling.
