I don’t know what I was expecting, but the texture just didn’t ‘hit’ for me. Felt overly processed. They might be better heated but given it’s meant to be a convenience food on the go, I was reluctant to try that (and then know I can’t in future when out and about).
Primo Chicken Dippers with Tomato Sauce are a convenient and flavorful snack option. The crispy chicken dippers are tender and well-seasoned, providing a satisfying crunch and savory taste. Paired with a tangy tomato sauce, they offer a perfect balance of flavors. Easy to prepare and ideal for quick meals or parties, they deliver both convenience and deliciousness in every bite.

I was excited to try these
I really wanted to love these but the chicken just did not hit home. It was a bit dry and not much flavour but at least it comes with sauce. The chicken was also a little grisly and I hate getting hard bits in there.
I have enjoyed many products from the Primo brand, so was surprised to not enjoy this one.
I liked the idea of chicken on the go.
It tasted rubbery and very bland. Not sure what parts of the chicken I was eating. I wouldn't recommend it.
As another reviewer suggested it might be better if it was heated, but as it is an on the go or snack, it would probably be meant to be eaten as is.
As a convenient, healthy snack to take to work I think these would be good. However I would prefer to batch cook chicken breast and package up basic tomato sauce considering the taste was quite bland.

Primo Chicken Dippers tomato Sauce
I grabbed this while on sale recently and popped them in my sons lunch box and he wasn't a fan as he'd only taken one bite and left the rest. He said the chicken texture was rubbery. Shame because the concept was great as he likes cold Maccas nuggets for lunch.

Not great
I got these for my 4 year old, she hated them. I tried them and I must say, they are not the best. They are edible, but need a bit more flavour, and the sauce was nothing special either. Id only get them again if they were on special

Not something I’d waste my $ on again
I personally found the Texture of the chicken quite weird. My teenager had one also and she ate it but didn’t mention that she wanted it again like she normally does when she tries out new things.
This is a good quick snack that can be eaten hot or cold. Tastes good and the ratio of chicken to sauce is pretty good. Worth checking out.

Good for a quick snack/meal
Very convenient to just grab and go. The kids love them. Its not that I dislike this product, I just dont love it. I wouldnt reach for it normally. I find the chicken a bit weird in texture but it doesnt taste bad.
My 2 year old recently went through a chicken nugget only phase. I used these to help transition her back into other chicken options they're a great batter free alternative and she highly approves the taste! They're also handy for picnics, zoo trips and lunchbox fillers to get some protein in until lunch or when dinner is still a while away. Curbs the hunger meltdowns in my house!
