This mask was truly amazing. So thick yet so easy to spread throughout your hair. My hair would literally drink this up. I have really dry damaged here and it didn’t matter how much conditioner I would use it just never felt like enough. But this was so nice it made my hair soft and manageable and the ends didn’t look fried. I love the tub easy to get your fingers in and scoop out. And I like the scent it’s not over powering. I would continue to use this. I love it so much I would use it as my normal conditioner

The only reason I’ve given this 3 stars and not 4 is because my while I have lots of it my hair is very, very fine and it weighs it down too much. After use it does feel very soft and looks shiny. However as someone that normally only needs to wash their hair once a week if I continued to use this it would be more as I find it looks ‘limp’ much quicker. Would definitely recommend to people with thicker hair. I like that it comes in a tub so you can get all of it out.

The treatment product felt very moisturising on application and after washing out. My hair felt healthy and soft. The softness lasted about 2 days until it started to feel dry again.

This is a great product that I will definitely use again. It made my extremely dry ends feel soft again and made my hair easier to style. Overall wouldn't change anything about this product.

I have to admit, I haven’t used Pantene such I was a teenager and this was an amazing product to test out and revisit after all these years. Smells great and made my hair so silky and manageable. I’ll be repurchasing!

my hair was softer after using, only downside is having to wait then wash it out. A leave in conditioner would be a faster opinion. Otherwise, it is a product that does make your hair softer

I loved this miracle mask from Pantene. Like the other products in the Biotin line, the smell is beautiful and not overpowering. I followed the instructions on the tub and massaged the product into my hair before allowing it to sit for 5 minutes. It rinsed out easily and I did not find any residue in my hair after drying. Between washes, I have found this products help keep my hair less knotty and it feels so soft and silky. My only critique would be that I'd prefer the container be a squeezy tube, opening a tub like this in the shower is hard not to get water in it

The first thing when I received this product, the packaging was very sophisticated. It is good for both a classy bathroom or just a standard household bathroom. The mask smells so nice that you could wanted to eat it. It felt really good in my hair. It made my hair really shiny so easy to comb because I do have chem. Please straighten for hair but my regret was coming through so it actually helped with combing through my regrowth I also used it on my son hair and he has type for hair which is your Afro Afro hair and he loved it because he was able to comb his hair easily and he said mum this smells so nice. All the girls are gonna be jealous of my hair Overall product nice product tested it out for a couple weeks. It really liked what I noticed in my hair was that my hair got a bit stronger but oh so it wasn’t breaking as much as it usually does with other That.

The thing I like most about this product is the nice smell it leaves in my hair. It’s easy to use after shampooing, just leave in and wash off! Recommended as a easy addition to your usual hair wash routine.

Love what it does for my hair, don’t love what it does for the eczema on my hands. (Very stingy on open wounds). I will say that the product has totally brought my hair back to life. I use hairspray everyday for the slick back look I do for work and my hair was really suffering. It was dry and damaged on the ends. Felt crispy and straw-like to the touch. A week using these new Pantene products and my hair is like brand new again. So soft and smooth. Not to mention it smells great! I haven’t noticed a vast improvement in terms of breakage or fly aways but the condition of my hair has improved overall and I have noticeably less tangles. Exactly what I want out of a Shampoo & Conditioner I get from this product.

To use this hair mask you have to dip your fingers into the pot and it feels quite goopy. I was worried about contamination and it didn't feel very luxury to do that. I think the product could be improved with a different packaging, perhaps a pump style bottle. Using the product left my hair feeling smooth and healthy so overall I think it's a decent hair mask
