Fresh, made my kid "brush" his teeth
I like it, it doesn't make my gums bleed...but it doesn't really feel strong enough to get anything out of your teeth..will keep trying

Best solution for cleaning braces
The Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator has been a godsend to me. My braces have been really difficult to clean and I had stopped using the Waterpik ages ago because of how messy and difficult to refill. This product makes cleaning my braces so easy and it is easy to fill, easy to manage and gets particles out of difficult to reach places. I am buying one for my husband now.

Not a replacement for floss
Whilst I don't feel that this can entirely replace floss when it comes to cleaning between teeth (particularly tightly spaced teeth), it still has a place in oral care. It provides an extremely thorough rinse - I was surprised that it flushed out debris after I had brushed. It also massages the gumline so great for gum health. I don't think I've ever bought a product with such a brief instruction pamphlet. Personally, I believe a more thorough pamphlet with perhaps some tips on how to get the most out of the device would be beneficial.

Great Product!
The oral-B Aquacare Irrigator is an excellent option for someone who isn't too keen on flossing every day. It's easy to use and really makes your teeth feel a lot cleaner. The only downside would be that it is a little messy (water splashing everywhere) but once you learn how to use it this isn't a big problem.

Just like at the dentist!
The Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator is so great! Honestly, I didn't know that companies sold these kinds of things. This definitely felt like I was at the dentist and it felt like the same thing but cheaper. My teeth felt more clean but it did take some type to get use to, especially doing it on yourself.

Help my gun inflammation
At first, I thought it will be a strong spray like those used by the dentist, then when I try out the jet is gentle to clean my gum. However, its gentleness won't help to clean my really hard-to-clean-build-up between my teeth so so still need to use my interdental brush to clean them. The good thing is that this machine can help me to clean the hard-to-reach back teeth where I can't reach them using my normal toothbrush, so it soothe down my gum inflammation near the wisdom teeth so now I don't feel the pain around those areas.

Clean as a whistle

Disappointing.
Was keen to try the Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator. Followed instructions for first use but struggled to work out how to remove water reservoir - eventually worked it out. Using the handle was very awkward since it felt so big. Hard to turn spray on and off quickly and so there was often water going everywhere. But the most disappointing aspect was the lack of power of the water spray. Did not think it achieved anything. Used the two options but found neither better than the other. Ultimately, it just felt like a tool to spray water into your mouth! Did not feel any pressure on my gums when using, just a gentle flow of water. Still, I was happy to trial but overall this was a such an anti-climax. Would not recommend.

After Dentist cleaning feel
The Oral B Aquacare 4 Irrigator takes a little time to get used to. First when I used it I was spreading water all over the place. The instructions are not super clear, so I was unsure if I was using it correctly. I have now since started using it whilst in the shower and I have found it to be quite good to use. I firstly brush my teeth and then used the irrigator. I find that my teeth feel super clean now, it gives me that just been to the dentist feel after I use it.

Works very well but it is messy
The Aquacare 4 Irrigator does clean very well between the teeth. But it is extremely messy while using. There is too much water being used therefore it poured out of my mouth while cleaning and water went all over me and my hand basin. I checked with dental floss after using the Irrigator and yes it had cleaned very well. If less water was used it would be fantastic. Easy to clean

Fantastic Oral-B irrigator
The product is very easy to use. It feels comfortable using the irrigator and cleans really well. Certainly it assists with cleaning the mouth inbetween general tooth cleaning dental visits. I would certainly recommend this product.
