Water Water Everywhere
Well first of all the instructions were not very clear at all. I think you should have a link to watch on you tube or something like that. After many, many attempts I still seemed to be squirting water everywhere but where it was meant to be going. You are only supposed to open your moth slightly, but then I couldn't look at what I was doing! I would not buy or recommend this product on my experience. However the idea behind it interested me greatly because I floss at least once a day and thought it would be terrific.

Good but overpriced.
The Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator is good but definitely overpriced. My teeth definitely felt cleaner after using this product, but not as clean as after regular flossing.

See the effectiveness of it
Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator has been fantastic - my teeth stay cleaner for longer, better than floss especially for people with braces that are hard to clean regularly. Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator addresses all of these issues by making the process quicker, easier, and gentler on teeth and gums. Excellent and easy way to floss the teeth. Works so well, even bought my spouse one too !

Pros Outweigh Cons!
This is a great product that does what it's suppose to do! The instructions are easy to understand, easy set up and the head is a great size even for small mouths. It's has some down sides - I had to refill it about 6 times if I had ate popcorn but it did an excellent job just with water! You will have to refill it a few times for normal use. The on/off switch is a little hard to press so you can end up squirting yourself in the face while turning it off! It has 2 modes of sensitive and normal which is good for those with sensitive gums and the head can be set at one point - great for in-between teeth or a rotational stream of water for a broader area and whole mouth and gums. Overall the product is excellent however the bulkiness, need to refill and hard to press buttons make it a little awkward even after using it for a while. I do recommend it though because these points are outweighed by the benefits gained and long terms benefits given to your overall dental hygiene.

Fresh, made my kid "brush" his teeth
I like it, it doesn't make my gums bleed...but it doesn't really feel strong enough to get anything out of your teeth..will keep trying

Best solution for cleaning braces
The Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator has been a godsend to me. My braces have been really difficult to clean and I had stopped using the Waterpik ages ago because of how messy and difficult to refill. This product makes cleaning my braces so easy and it is easy to fill, easy to manage and gets particles out of difficult to reach places. I am buying one for my husband now.

Not a replacement for floss
Whilst I don't feel that this can entirely replace floss when it comes to cleaning between teeth (particularly tightly spaced teeth), it still has a place in oral care. It provides an extremely thorough rinse - I was surprised that it flushed out debris after I had brushed. It also massages the gumline so great for gum health. I don't think I've ever bought a product with such a brief instruction pamphlet. Personally, I believe a more thorough pamphlet with perhaps some tips on how to get the most out of the device would be beneficial.

Great Product!
The oral-B Aquacare Irrigator is an excellent option for someone who isn't too keen on flossing every day. It's easy to use and really makes your teeth feel a lot cleaner. The only downside would be that it is a little messy (water splashing everywhere) but once you learn how to use it this isn't a big problem.

Just like at the dentist!
The Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator is so great! Honestly, I didn't know that companies sold these kinds of things. This definitely felt like I was at the dentist and it felt like the same thing but cheaper. My teeth felt more clean but it did take some type to get use to, especially doing it on yourself.

Help my gun inflammation
At first, I thought it will be a strong spray like those used by the dentist, then when I try out the jet is gentle to clean my gum. However, its gentleness won't help to clean my really hard-to-clean-build-up between my teeth so so still need to use my interdental brush to clean them. The good thing is that this machine can help me to clean the hard-to-reach back teeth where I can't reach them using my normal toothbrush, so it soothe down my gum inflammation near the wisdom teeth so now I don't feel the pain around those areas.

Disappointing.
Was keen to try the Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator. Followed instructions for first use but struggled to work out how to remove water reservoir - eventually worked it out. Using the handle was very awkward since it felt so big. Hard to turn spray on and off quickly and so there was often water going everywhere. But the most disappointing aspect was the lack of power of the water spray. Did not think it achieved anything. Used the two options but found neither better than the other. Ultimately, it just felt like a tool to spray water into your mouth! Did not feel any pressure on my gums when using, just a gentle flow of water. Still, I was happy to trial but overall this was a such an anti-climax. Would not recommend.
