Good Product
I definitely liked the product even tho its quite bulky. It needs to be refilled quite fast. It does not let you know when it is fully charged you basically just have to guess. My mouth certainly feels cleaner after using it. I would like the stream of water to be a bit stronger but it's still OK. Overall I did like the Oral B Aquacare Irrigator and am happy to have been picked to trial this product. Thank you

Increasing Oral Hygiene
I was excited to try the Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator as I have been looking at water flossers for some time now as a Mum of two children; one with permanent wire retainers and the other with a palate expander. Our experience with the product was a pleasant one. It was easy to use, the instructions were clear and straight forward and the excitement factor has kept the kids from whinging when I direct them to go and do their teeth. I am quite particular with their oral hygiene and flossing is just something they have always refused to do or allow me to do and that has been a constant point of worry. I was concerned that with the water reservoir being internal (versus some others I have seen where the canister remains on the bench), the irrigator would be too weighty for myself and my daughter due to physical limitations but I am pleased to report that it was not an issue. My only reservation is that I think that the water pressure could be higher for a more thorough clean.

Unsure it does the job
I was really hoping to have an amazingly clean feeling, but I didn't really get amazing results like I'd expected to get. It was messy to use, used a lot of water, and I didn't feel like the pressure was enough to fully clean like flossing. I had high hopes that I'd be able to clean my fixed retainer behind my teeth that I struggle to floss around, but I wasn't too phased by the product.

A great option for floss haters.
This device was quite a lot larger than I expected and somewhat bulky (clunky) to use - especially for a younger person like my daughter who has braces, making her a prime candidate for this type of device. However, it does work well for her for cleaning around her brackets and along the gum line. My husband also finds this quite good as he hates to floss but finds this a more appealing option. I am a regular flosser and that’s the method I’m familiar with so I can’t see myself switching from regular floss to water flosser, but it’s different strokes for different folks - you’re either a traditional floss person or a water flosser person. But there’s no wrong way to clean your teeth so every option is a great option.

Oral-B Aquacare Water Flosser Review
The pressure of the water jet is strong. However, the water will splattered all over when it hit the teeth, making quite a mess. Perhaps it should come with different strength settings so that the pressure could be adjusted accordingly.

Great tool
Overall a great tool. The highest setting was too strong. Water sprayed everywhere. The sensitive teeth setting was much better. Manual use was better than the constant stream. It got through all spaces including between molars. Overall a most effective product.

Must Buy
I used Oral- B aquacare 4 Irrigator for 3 weeks. The product is really good and powerful. Great battery backup. Overall Good product for dental health.

Chunky and heavy but does the job
Chunky , heavy, difficult to maneuver and angle for optimal positioning makes me question if there is a better irrigator out there on the market. However, as a person with braces, the stream of water did remove food lodged between my teeth and make cleaning my teeth easier.

Great product!
I found it easy to use and very effective. Made flossing with braces easier! The sensitive function was useful at the beginning, but now that my gums have adjusted I can use all settings.

Oral-B Water Flosser
The Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator was really good to use but the water sprayed everywhere and made a big mess on the countertop and the mirror. It did clean in between my teeth and around my gums as the packaging suggested but is not worth the time to clean up the excess water.

Oral B ?
The Oral-B Aquacare 4 Irrigator is a smaller unit and takes up less space on the bench top when comparing it to a traditional waterflossing unit. It has less cords and tubes etc which is great. Although the piece itself to hold is quite chunky, it is not very ergonomic at all. The water pressure is poor on both the focused and rotational settings. The pressure doesn't change much between the regular and sensitive power setting either. I loved the idea that this would be great to use with my braces but it just didn't seem to do the job. I still used a pisker to get in between the wires etc. The water cartridge was quite small and needed to be refilled during a single use. The battery on the hand held device was sufficient. Overall great in theory but poor execution.

Not impressed...
All works as expected but not as powerful as I thought it would be and not very optimistic that this is effective in any way. I will have to wait until my next dental appointment. Cold water made it uncomfortable due to sensitivity to tooth thermal shock.

Easy and convenient
It is pretty good and easy to use, much easier to floss especially when I have braces on. Just need to get the hang of turning it off when I’m done so water does not go everywhere

Floss is the boss.
I received this product about 4 days ago and I've been using it for the last 4 days it is really good at getting out lodged food and things from your teeth and it helps to really clean your teeth before you actually brush them the only qualm I have with it is the amount of water that goes on yourself your clothing yeah it's it's a bit of an awkward system to use but apart from that it does a good clean

Worth a try
I always wanted to purchase water floser but I had the previlage to to receive from Home tester club. It took time getting use to, I was spraying my mirror until I got use to it. I also found that it cleaned my mouth well but it couldn't take the dirt betwen my teath so I still have to use a dental floss.
