Very happy pussycat!
I have not purchased Optimum Natural Defences with Chicken in the past, but it will now be on the shopping list for Snoopy's cat food. Of all the pouch cat food I have ever fed him, this is his favourite. He is not a big eater, but he ate the whole pouch in one serving!

My cats seemed to love the food.
This product was tried by 2 of my cats and both appear to very much enjoy the food. For a single cat, the packaging would be useful but when you have more cats there is a need for more packets and subsequently more waste. My cats appeared to prefer the optimum wet food the most.

Cats will love it
All my 3 cats loved this, I like the antioxidants in this and the dietary fibre that helped expel furballs, the only thing I am concerned about is the colouring agents.

A good buy
A nice texture that suited my cats well. They transitioned easy from alternate pouch with none of the usual bowel concerns. They eagerly ate this, gone quite quickly and went looking for more.

Fussy cat friendly
I have 2 fussy cats and wow they absolutely loved the optimum pouches. There’s only one other food I can get that they don’t turn up their nose towards so it’s great to find something else they’ll tolerate!

Optimum pouches - cat's delight
I received 2 sachets to trial and gave one to each of my cats - they both licked their bowls clean! The sachets were easy to open but a little hard to get all the contents out of, but this isn't dissimilar from other sachet brands so that didn't worry me. I think the sachet size should be another 20-25g larger as a lot of the contents is jelly rather than meat. In saying that, the ingredients looks good quality and best of all, the cats enjoyed it. I would consider purchasing this in future but the only things turning me off is the current pricing.

My cat likes it
My cat really liked the taste of these Optimum Natural Defences Wet Cat Food chicken in jelly pouches. She usually will not eat anything in jelly, but these she loved. My only problem is the pouch style pack which I find can be difficult to tear open and scoop out.
