The cats reacted as if it was a special treat. I usually give them seafood-based flavours, which I suspect they might be interested in variety from, so they seemed to get bored with this brand.

Fishy Goodness
My cat loved this food and I would purchase again however the pouches are awkward to use and there is some wastage as all the produce cannot be removed from the pouch.

Sachet food approved by our cat
Texture of product is fine and the smell is not off-putting like some pet foods. Our cat eats the food quickly and she is the ultimate judge. I do prefer cans to sachets though because sachet contents have to be squeezed out and I always seem to not get everything out.

Kitty is definitely a fan!
Our cat absolutely loved the flavour which was obvious when it only lasted 3 seconds in the bowl! For us, I prefer cans of cat food because it is easier and quicker for me to empty the food in to the bowl however, this product was much less cumbersome then some other cat food pouches that i have come up against. I would recommend this product to others but, I would prefer to monitor my cats weight after prolonged use before I go shouting how good this product is from the roof tops!

My cat enjoyed her Optimum pouch
Looked nice in quality, don't like the fishy smell, but my cat loved it. It was easy to slide out of the pack and easy to open. The minced product is what my cat likes and it didn't stay in her bowl for long.

Great for older cats
My cat loved this product and gulped it down in seconds. It is particularly good as many older cats tend to suffer from kidney issues and the jelly gives the cat extra liquid without them being aware of it.

Good option for older kitties
I've previously given my cat food for 'mature' kitties and she has just turned her nose up at it. However, she couldn't get enough of the Optimum Mature Cat Wet Food and lapped up every bit. I liked that it still had some texture and taste to give cats variety in their eating experience, instead of just giving them mush.

Optimum Mature Cat Wet food
Our mature age cats are both quite fussy eaters. They both liked the Optimum mature Wet Cat Food Salmon in Jelly. Cat A was very keen on it and was looking for more, the Cat B consumed all. The smooth consistency and good taste made it easy to mix medication for Cat A and she ate happily.
