Too much herb
I was so excited to try this as I`ve heard a lot about Mingle seasonings but was a bit disappointed because it was a bit too overloaded with a herb taste a bit like oregano was the main herb. I love herbs and make a sauce by scratch using rosemary fresh from the garden but I like to taste everything else in the meal too.

Delicious and easy

Tasty
I love this product! I lot of the other pre made powders like this are full of rubbish ingredients, all numbers and stuff I don’t even know what it is. I don’t want to eat that junk! But mingle is just a blend of herbs and spices with nothing else added, plus it tastes great.

I LOVED it!
The product has super good ingredients and makes any tomato sauce taste like Bolognese. I made it without meat and only with vegetables and there was nothing missing! I will definitely buy it more often

Very convenient
I usually use a pasta sauce or passata with some tomato paste and some extra herbs and veg, but thought I would try this out. It's okay, sort of reminds me of making tacos with the seasoning packet. I wouldn't rush to use this again, but it is a cheap alternative and still tastes good.

mingle spag bol seasoning
I didn't mind this seasoning. I also recommended using it in stuffed capsicums (with rice or meat/rice) it really lifted the dish.

So yummy!
I tried this after falling in love with the other seasonings that mingle offer. This, just like the others is SO YUMMY! Our spaghetti bol has always been a staple weekly dinner and now we cannot look back after trying this.

Value for Money
This packet lasted me a few dishes. The combination of herbs are aromatic and flavourful so a little bit went a long way when preparing spaghetti bolognaise for 4 people. I would definitely purchase again knowing it’s all the herbs I need for a tasty dish.

For someone who has several dietary restrictions and only cooks for myself, this product was perfect for a quick weekday meal. No need to go out and purchase individual spices and worry about added allergens!
