Worked amazingly
Works really well only needed to take 1 or 2 will definitely continue to take as made it so easy to use and so effective tastes amazing so much better then the powdered drink wish it was around 20 years ago

Metamucil
It didn't effect for first week but after that it started to take effect and passing was easy. It is easier to take you can just chew it.

Caused very bad stomach pains
After using the gummies for approximately 10 days I suffered very bad stomach pains and constipation. I was advised my GP to stop using the product immediately. I initially liked the taste of the gummies and the ease of having a gummy but found the side affects not worth persisting with the trial.

They really do work!
Soft, chewy, full of sweet orange flavour really do get everything moving along ever so smoothly. These are so much easier to take rather than preparing everything just to make a drink to help make you regular.

Yummy Gummies!
I love these Metamucil Dietary Fibre Gummies. I started off with 1 for a couple of days, then 2 for a few days, then increased to 3 on each day thereafter. This is the recommended dose. They are a great support for digestive health. I enjoy the orange flavour, sweet and tangy. I've been on a diet and use them after dinner as a tasty treat. I'm happy in the knowledge that they are low in kilojoules and are sweetened with plant-based ingredients. I have previously used Metamucil powder in the various flavours, but much prefer these for convenience. I love the 72 unit sized, twist top bottle. I've loved testing these and will definitely purchace again.

Trust your gut health to Metamucil
I take 3 per day with plenty of water and I feel my gut health has improved. The gummies are smooth,soft and sweet. Taking the gummies make it really easy to get my daily fibre in.

Metamucil Fibre Gummies
Nearing 50 with hormonal and bowel changes I was having trouble finding the right balance of increasing fibre in my diet. I'm not fond of powders or special sweet sugary drinks that leave me nothing but feeling bloated. Naturally i was excited to trial Metamucil Fibre Gummies. As soon as I opened the jar I realised the package was definitely as started. The Gummies were soft and easy to chew. They have a nice orange flavour not too sweet and made with a plant based sweetener. I started with 1 gummy as instructed and for the first couple days i had a few rumbles but nothing worrying. By day 3 I had my first good " toilet" day in over a year. Could this actually be working?. Day 4 I increased to 2 gummies and over the next few days my body actuality started to become more regular. I didn't feel I needed to increase to the 3 gummies as some people may need. By end of trial I no longer get bloating and have become regular. I feel great and highly recommend.

So easy to take
I really like these gummies. I was skeptical at first as I’ve taken metimucil in the past with good results. Results were just as good. I liked taking the gummies as it was something different and they had a pleasant taste. I would buy again

Tasty treat to get your fibre

Not as good as the powder
Having tried the powder before, I thought it would be interesting to try the gummy version, as this may be more travel friendly and less messy. While it certainly does live up to it, I feel like this causes more flatulence, and it isn’t as consistent as the powder version, in terms of results.

Yummy and really works
I was a bit sceptical that these gummies would assist with my fibre intake however upon consuming these regularly it has made a huge difference to my health! I absolutely love the taste. Some gummies can be overly sugary and overpowering but these have a lovely orange flavour without being sickly sweet. A real winner! I am impressed and will buy again!

Good gummy
Not use to having Metamucil as gummies, I was a bit surprised that they were mostly the same as drinking the liquid. The fact they have plant based sweetener is an added bonus for those who are diabetic or health conscious.

Taste amazing.
