Tasted ok, felt a little less stressed but not alot, maybe if taken for longer might help, sleep isn't much better yet

I have taken this supplement morning and night for two weeks. I have slept a little better but overall I can't feel a huge difference in my everyday stress levels. The benefit of falling asleep and staying asleep is enough that I would buy it. Taste is nice but I find the powder struggles to mix into liquids and lumps up instead.

I have been drinking the Melrose Stress Support as the packet instructs for just over two weeks to give it a real chance. Unfortunately, I was not keen on the taste and it never seemed to dissolved in water or juice so there would be little chunky powder pieces. I am not a fan of cranberry so perhaps that can account for my dislike of the flavour. During the trial I never felt a difference in my sleep quality and there was no reduction to my stress levels. Again, it should be noted that I suffer from anxiety, so the Melrose Stress Support could not have made too much of a difference but that's not to say that someone with average stress may benefit from this product.

I noticed my anxiety and stress levels eased after drinking the powder. The taste is nicely flavoured without being overpowering or leaving an after taste. I found that I was also sleeping better and not waking up in the middle of the night. I would take this again.

Overall the taste of this product was pleasant and it was easy to incorporate in my daily routine. However I did not see or feel a huge amount of difference in stress levels or sleep quality. I think it contributed to some improvement but it was not drastic.

The taste wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be! It’s a fruity fresh flavour. I saw some improvement in my stress levels, however not as great as I had imagined. Would probably buy again if on special.

I did feel more relaxed overall, particularly in the current lockdown environment I was expecting to feel a lot more stress. I had good night sleeps every night, when I usually have toss and turn nights, and I loved the flavour - true to what it says and tasted exactly like the flavours it was supposed too.

This trial came at a perfect time, as the past month and a bit has seen me look pull 10 hour days to look after 2 departments. It's been a very busy and stressful time and I dare say this product has helped keep me level headed. I don't think it helped improve my sleep quality as such, but it do think it played a part in keeping me calm throughout this stressful time. The taste was pleasant and perfect for me as I don't like overly sweet things

I did feel more relaxed while testing the stres support, my sleep got better as well. I got to sleep easier and didn't wake up at night. The taste was good as well, and because it's powder, I didn't have a problem to eat it. The only thing that concerns me is the instruction, it's not specific enough to me. It says to take it with water, but doesn't say if mix with water or drink some water after eating the powder. Overall, I like it and it works

My stress level is down after taking Melrose stress support I can feel the affect of it My sleep is better than ever I don't wake up grumpy I wake up happy and it feels great The product does not taste yucky like other products it's a good taste I would drink or all the time

I feel my overall sleep quality definitely improved. I was showing higher levels of restful sleep on my Apple Watch in comparison to when I wasn’t taking it. Previously I would be around 50% restful but taking the product I was getting 70% restful sleep. It tasted really nice and I had no issues drinking it. My only complaint would be that measuring the amount needed was hard, I would prefer a tablet form for ease of use. I’m not sure if my stress levels reduced as I had a very stressful time at work but I did manage to get through it and my sleep wasn’t affected which is normally the main side effect of stress that I have. I will definitely keep taking the product and will see how I feel after not taking it once it’s finished before I buy again.
