Melrose MCT Oil Going Faster tastes great in my coffee, and clears my head from fog for the whole day. Helped me to think clearly and really boosted my energy!!

The oil was recommended to have in your coffee or smoothie. I added it to my coffee every day, which seemed to change the taste of my coffee slightly. I did notice maybe after a week a change in my thought patterns, with more clarity. I suffer from insomnia, so this was not particular helpful to have a mind going at full speed at 2am in the morning. I have a high pressure job, so noticed I was able to organise my day with ease. I’m not sure if I would use the oil again, as even though there were positives, there were also a few negatives in my experience. Highly recommend though if you are having struggles with a clear thinking mind.

This oil went really well with my other morning supplements, didn't upset my stomach at all and I really liked the pour spout on the bottle. Made life much easier measuring out a teaspoon! In terms of performance I can't really comment on as I haven't been very active the last 2 weeks. I would be very interested to try the Keto label bottle next of this brand. Definitely recommend

I really love the Brain Fog MCT oil. It’s a great product to help with my morning brain fog. It’s super easy to use, just pop a teaspoon or two in your coffee in the morning. Would definately recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a bit of “get up and go” in the morning.

Large bottle so great value if you were to buy this from a store, it is pretty much tasteless however it is an oily consistency so there is sometimes a lingering after taste if added to a drink. I work out daily and work long hours so hoped this supplement would fuel brain and body energy throughout the day - however I haven't yet experienced any notable improvements to either, however it also hasn't given me any adverse reaction as some energy supplements can so that is a positive. I drink it twice daily with green tea.

the taste of it on its own was horrible, however when mixed with yogurt or in weebix it was undetectable. Did I find it boosted my energy, not really. I did some research and found that for some it can raise bad cholesterol, and this does worry me. Over all, I can't say it did or didn't work, I guess when I stop I may notice a difference.

I think this product is a great addition to your day if you’re looking for an energy boost. It is quite an oily consistency so I preferred to add it to smoothies or my food instead of just on a spoon. I felt like I had more energy after using this for 2 weeks.

Pricey but does the job without changing the flavour
Like any good MCT oil, there's no flavour or change to whatever you add it to. My only complaint about MCT oils is their price, but this one seems at least worth it.
