Perfect addition to smoothies
The power of the superfood is really fine and is great to add into my smoothie. But I'd probably would not add to any other type of drinks because the taste could be a little overpowering.

Tasty addition to a drink
I used this product by adding to water or stirring through yogurt. It has a sweet taste, primarily of beetroot and berries. It's a nice flavour and easy to drink.

Definitely worth trying
The smell of the product when you open the lid is awful, but it makes an easy addition to my smoothies. Not sure if I noticed any particular results on the outside eg: glowing skin, but I do feel like I have a little more energy. I love that it is an authentic and original product from Australia with no nasties. It is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Melrose essential reds supplement
I definitely liked the idea of the product and did notice a slight improvement to my skin complexion after taking for over 2 weeks. However, I found it difficult to include it in my diet as I didn’t like the taste on its own mixed with water. It was good in smoothies, and I put in my oats in the morning which was ok (not amazing) but I don’t always feel like eating these in the morning. Would probably prefer in capsule form

Strong taste complement
A skin supplement with a very strong taste. I can’t say my skin looks much different. Also, I struggled to drink the mixture every day. Tried mixing the powder with different things but the taste always got through.

Great
I enjoyed adding this to my morning smoothies and saw a noticeable difference in my skin but would attribute it to a combination of both regular exercise and the Essential Reds.

Was ok
I tried Melrose essential reds every morning for W weeks. I didn't mind the taste although I didn't see much skin improvement. I believe mask wearing didn't help the trial period.

My skin is glowing!
Firstly, I have adult acne and have tried lots of things to treat it. I was not expecting this to help clear up my skin, but here we are. The amount and severity of my acne has decreased, which is nice, but also MY SKIN IS GLOWING, like pregnancy glowing. Incredible. I also feel like I'm not as exhausted at the end of the day and the end of the work week. It doesn't smell the best, but it really levels up my smoothies taste and texture - like a sorbet. I add it too the kids' 'milkshakes' to get in some extra fruit and vege and they have no idea.
