Hard to match skin tone online
The coverage and texture of the foundation was decent but not the best I'vetried. Main problem was being unsuccessful in ordering the correct tone for my skin online. It would be necessary to buy instore first but this would apply to any foundation. I would stick to my usual product due to little benefit for the advertised price.

It's ok
After using this foundation each day I noticed that It's fairly light weight which I like, with a medium finish that is buildable and the finish is really nice and I have red discoloured cheeks that it covered really well but that's where the good things end..after only a few hours it became patchy and started to seperate on my skin showing every fine line I have on my face and after a while it looks very patchy especially on my nose and cheeks. I tried the foundation with primer etc to see if it would help but the same thing kept happening. The other thing I noticed was that it became quite oily after a day of wearing it. It's disappointing that it didn't stay as nice as when you first put it on but I guess my skin just doesn't agree with it. The other thing that I noticed was that the shade swatches are darker than what you receive, the one I chose looked like an exact match but when I received it, it was lighter than I expected.

Love this product. Goes on so well and smooth, doesn't feel heavy and gives good coverage with a perfect match for skin tone. I found you don’t need a lot to have decent coverage. 10/10 would use again. Price matches what I currently pay for my foundation. Would recommend this product to anyone.

Mecca Max Life proof second skin
I received this from #hometesterclub and love it. it goes on so well and smooth, doesn't feel heavy and gives good coverage with a perfect match for skin tone. I hadn't tried mecca before but I am now a convert! It isn't any more expensive than maybeline or similar so not putting you out of pocket too much and I found you didn't need a lot to have decent coverage. 10/10 would use again

Long natural look for all day wear
This is my first time using any Mecca cosmetics and have always been using the same brand foundation for over 15 years. I have combination to oily skin that makes it absolutely hard for foundation to last. I found Mecca Max Life Proof to be a very fluid liquid foundation (so I had to use a little more than usual) but it was easily applied for a natural finish during my full work day. The shade initially seemed dark but went on beautifully for my asian tanned skin. Would definitely continue with Mecca Max going forward.

Not what I expected
Not very good. Was thin and watery with a greasy residue, wasn't long wearing and was sweated off very quickly. The colour matching is also incorrect and several shades off

I wanted to love this product
I was so excited to receive my Mecca Max Life Proof Second Skin Foundation. At first I loved it, It provided initial good coverage, wasn’t too heavy and felt lovely on, however it didn’t last on my skin. I tend to get oily skin, so I tried using it in conjunction with a finishing powder but even so I needed frequent touch ups throughout the day. Without the touch ups I was always left looking noticeably splotchy.
